Parcel left on front doorstep.
Parcel left on front doorstep without anyone ringing the doorbell!! Been in the house waiting and would not have known that it had been delivered if it had not been for the email saying the parcel has been delivered.
Original emails advising of Yodel delivery all state that parcel needs to be handed to someone.

Hi David, I am sorry to hear that our driver did not ring the doorbell to notify you of the delivery and left the parcel on your doorstep instead to handing the parcel to you. That's not the level of service we strive for. I would really like to have a look into this for you.
