DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!!
Ordered a mirror, a bench and some pillow cases in mid November. Only the mirror was delivered, and after calling West Elm they told me over and over again that all the items were with the delivery company, who they were contacting and not replying. After a month or so of calling and emailing I asked if I could speak to the delivery company Wincanton. They said yes and gave me the number, and it didnt work!
Fortunately I managed to find my own number for the company, who I called and said they didn't have the items and they never were delivered. Now spoke to West Elm again, they admittedly immediately they don't know where the stuff is, and think they have lost it!
They told me many times I would get a call from a supervisor, or passed to another team. Now I am waiting again, very much assuming I'll get no call and still have no idea when this stuff will arrive. The customer service team is based in America and seem totally clueless and unproactive. Their follow up has been "I'll write it on a post it note and leave it on my desk" rather than any idea of when things will get delivered.
What a joke, the delivery cost £80! I am still owed £300 worth of things and have no idea when they will arrive. Looking at the other reviews I have no idea how the company is getting away with it.
