An excellent company with an high customer service. They communicate during the whole process and a good after service. Well done and I would highly recommend them. Excellent

Had a delivery arranged with these guys via palletline on a named day. First day didn't come as they forgot to load it on the truck. They promised to send it first delivery in the morning next day. Then I'm told it is arriving between 1 and 3. Every time I call them I am told a lie about when it will arrive. Cannot be trusted. Not sure how you forget to load 35 boxes of flooring...

Anyone reviewing removal companies, please be aware this is King Removals in London & Birmingham (green branding) different to Kings Removals in Northweald Epping (blue branding).

We have given 3 stars here as Trust Pilot would not allow any text without giving a rating. We have no experience with King Removals.

An absolute pleasure to Hire Kings removals services,, throughout our whole 2 moves over the months they provided a outstanding professional service.
The team worked extremely hard throughout the 2 moves, they treated all our items with respect and placed all our item where we wanted in our New home.
We would so recommend kings to use for your house move how easy they made things for us took the pressure completely away.

Recently used this company for our home removal, storage, followed by moving into our new house. Great service from start to finish, flexible, efficient, polite and very professional in every respect. The removal teams were very friendly and worked quickly.

When it was time to pay VAT was added, £158.00
Services rendered always state NEXT TO THE AMOUNT, excludes VAT.
In the quote it was pages later hidden amongst a vast list if additional costs.
Not good.
Neither are they based at 1000 N Circlar Rd as they claim and as Big Yellow Self Storage will confirm.
Marcin, the owner has since called and said it is a web programming issue that he will look into having VAT EXCLUDED next to the quote.
He also said he will speak with the storage company which shares his address as he is based there.
Otherwise their service was very good although expensive.

A disgrace for any mover! Stay clear of this firm!!!

NEVER seen anything like it - so bad!

Professional and courteous. From giving me an estimate, packing and delivering and collecting boxes for recycling, Kings Removals did it all. An excellent team led by Marcin. I would recommend them.

Awful service and the branding on all the vans says Trust Pilot 5/5 stars which is wrong.

Marcin was very happy to take the booking without qualifying and estimating properly.

The removal men were good but were obviously micro managed and being bullied by Marcin.

At the end of the day he demanded cash payment and was extremely rude and aggressive. He was very clear and articulate when he was speaking on the phone, but when I was talking the signal suddenly went bad.

He wanted cash to evade declaring income I'm assuming. Cowboys. Never use again.
