I have been massively in credit (which they have now refunded me). Every time British Gas promises to reduce my direct debit to the agreed amount, they never do.
Another contentious point, British Gas should remove all exit fees from their fixed rates tariffs. If they have full confidence in the competitiveness of their products, then why charge exit fees?
Finally, British Gas should automatically refund any customer credit they hold at the end of each year. Why should the customer have to chase to get their credit refunded?

The oven fan failed after only 5 months. The top oven light never worked from new. The grill is not particularly even and you need to swap food around to get an even finish.
Saying that, the repair team were excellent and fixed all the faults very quickly. The oven is only six months' old so only time will tell how well it will continue to operate in the future.

I bought this ramp knowing it had slight cosmetic damage on the edges, with photographs of the product sent to me before purchase. However, on receipt, there was a crack on the threshold part of this ramp. I trust that this will not interfere with the safety of the ramp over time, but I am frustrated that this was not disclosed before purchase.
