Delivery is always spot-on with a cheery greeting to brighten up the day. Mistakes are quickly rectified and reminders come to make sure I don't miss anything. I am always told if something I've ordered is not available and an alternative is always suggested. You are all very efficient ! Thank you.

The paperwork is very clear and simple to understand. Readings are easy to give. Queries have been dealt with promptly and phones answered by people I can understand. When cheaper options become available they are pointed out and explained with dates for when is the best time for change.

I found the meals too bland ---- almost tasteless. I know you have to be careful with salt but I needed to add more than I usually do. The service and delivery is excellent though. I just wish I could enjoy the dishes more.
