Txt me with a delivery date reply yes for delivery this was 19.00 and it instantly said there is a problem with delivery also rang me approximately 19.00 I missed the call as I wasn't expecting a call so late
I rang customer service and they blatantly lied saying they txt me before 11am that morning and rang me before 11.am I even emailed the proof
Shot of it is I needed my delivery that weekend not 4 days later and the BS off customer service team

Never use these lies and bs..
They rang me at 19.00 to confirm delivery then left a txt that you can't reply to I rang the next day the call centre rude and lied saying they rang me before 11am to book complete BS joke of a company don't reply to emails call centre is absolutely terrible

Overpriced used car from the value range never again as the car I paid for is damaged and needs repairs i only had it a week it is getting fixed under ther 2 month waranty so hopefully all good but I personally will never use arnoldclark again if the car was 1800 cheaper this would of been a 5 star review as the coustomer service has been excellent so far I think they have just gone off the mileage as it was low for a car of its age and hiked the price up regardless of what needs doing to it i dont need to be messing around taking the car back to be fixed
