Order stated delivered…but never arrived

Order stated delivered…but never received?! Emailed company twice, a week ago but no reply received , except automated one,…so know emails definitely received. Electrician booked for weekend just gone to fit, which told company, but as I said no reply received. Disappointed and annoyed. Had to order from somewhere else so that electrician had part to fit; now £52 out of pocket as still not heard back from Air Con Centre?!

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order. According to Evri, they have advised that your order was left in your shed. I will raise a formal investigation with Evri to look into this further. I’ll also reach out to you via email to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Unusually disappointing experience. Parcel left on doorstep in rain

Parcel left on doorstep in rain. We were at home but driver didn’t even knock on door to let us know things had arrived. Luckily I checked my email to see where delivery was and it said it had been delivered so I checked outside. As this was dog food not ideal at all to be left outside in the rain.
Products inside box were also extremely squashed and packaging very damage resultingly.
Previous drivers/deliveries have always been excellent ..so this has been a really disappointing experience. Luckily my partner was at home to carry the parcel in then house too..as had I been on my own there’s no way I’d be able to get it in the house as is so heavy…so would have been out in the rain all night!

Unusually Bad experience With John Lewis Mail Order…

Unusually for John Lewis my experience in ordering this item was awful.
My item never arrived and when I tracked it, it appeared to be stuck in a regional postal centre..as hadn’t moved on tracking for about a week (sent 48 hrs delivery). When I looked at my address on Royal Mail it had been changed to one which suggested the order and/or delivery system had been hacked/ infected by malware??!
Contacted John Lewis on the Friday/Sat and they apologised for this, said they didn’t know what the problem was as Royal Mail had not detailed it on tracking. Said they would send item out again by next day delivery..but item wouldn’t arrive before Monday as weekend.
It did indeed arrive on Monday…but then arrived unpackaged and appears to be a second as garment doesn’t appear to be branded appropriately & has lots of faults..so have to send it back anyway! Unusually poor/bad experience with John Lewis I have to say..but very disappointed on this occasion & have reordered item direct from Levi instead to ensure authenticity. Sad to write this as have always had positive experiences with John Lewis on previous occasions I have to say.

Posted at St Ives Tesco post locker…

Posted at St Ives Tesco post locker which was great. However it’s taken me 2 days to get this parcel underway as the post lockers close to where I live have not been working. These are the one outside Tesco in Helston and the one at Lidl in Helston. Always have problems sending from those lockers for some reason…in particular the one at Helston Tesco never seems to work, even when showing availability online?? I have sent ‘In Post’ an email about this issue but have yet to receive a reply.

Box very crushed and damaged.

Box very crushed and damaged.. not good when quite expensive, fragile contents..clearly marked on outside of box by sender. By no means 1st time have had items arrive in this poor state.. from Hermes.

We successfully deliver millions of parcels each year, every parcel travels through miles of conveyor belts and lots of vehicles so occasionally parcels can be damaged.
