Really happy with the service, I was kept informed throughout the process as to when they would be arriving, and the 2 guys who came (father and son, I forgot to ask their names) were really friendly and efficient.

I had a query regarding obtaining a replacement Pettracer collar, as unfortunately, our cat must have got her collar snagged, and due to the safety feature, the collar was released in a totally inaccessible place, and although we knew where it was, we couldn't access it.
Zoe from Pettracer was really helpful, responding to my queries quickly and efficiently and making the process so easy. Thank you! I can't recommend this company or the product more highly.

Visited the Guildford store yesterday and received superb service! I was anxious that my purchase was going to get wet as it was pouring with rain, but the sales assistant took a lot of time and trouble to ensure that my bag and its contents were waterproofed with an overcovering of plastic - I can't tell you how much I appreciated this - thank you!

The appointment was made easily and every effort was made that it would suit me. I was given an option at a later date of bringing the appointment forward, which I took. I was reminded of the appointment by text, and the day before was contacted by the operative to let me know what time he would be arriving. The work was carried out to a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, or to use them again.
