Good service. Could have had more options re employment references. Soul traders and self employed people should be able to give trade references if they don't have a direct employer.

The system was straight easy to navigate around, managed to complete all areas, system also prompted if missed an area. I would recommend anyone to use this system.

Well, I think the process of filling in my required information was amazing. Although it took me some time to provide certain details, it wasn’t too bad.

I had to complete a reference for an assistant who does her work alone. The reference asked me to comment on her teamwork, but did not give me "Not applicable". Doh!

Very straight forward with asking for the required information and it is done in such a way that it can be done on a computer or phone.

It’s great but when it comes to gap in reference not everyone have the pictures or proof for it. An alternative can be provided

Not a daunting task in having only a small number of simple questions and therefore was a quick process.

Completing was easy but when you choose "Other," there is not a box to insert the person's title.

It was great they gave you regular updates as to whether your refereee had completed the reference or not so you could change or update the details if needed.👍
