Ive been using NI parcels for a few years and had very few issues, If I did have any the team were on hand to get problems sorted immediatly, booking on multiple parcels is a little time consuming but other than that a great all round service.

I use a click and drop service and receive no help with it whatsoever, the pricing structure is akward and missleading, I always have delayed parcels when I use Royal Mail 24, When I drop my post into any post office branch they complain, when the post men come to pick up the mail from the post office the complain. Your system in regards to sacks and labels is so dated, its painfully silly, your lost item form is also made difficult to fill in, on purpose, I'd say this is to prevent people from actually filling it in.

takes at least 7 days to deliver an item.
And when having something delivered the delivery drivers are in such a rush the would smash in your door to deliver an item.

On quite a few occasions, parcels booked for a next day delivery do not get delivered next day.
