When asking for a VAT invoice in store

When asking for a VAT invoice in store, you’d think I’d asked for staff to donate a kidney.

Not the stores fault. This is a HOMEBASE issue.

Customer feedback - both good and bad - is really important to us. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Currently the stores are unable to supply VAT receipts for click and collect orders but we are looking into sorting this out. In the meantime if you e mail customerservices@Homebase.co.uk  with the order numbers you need VAT receipts for they will be happy to sort this out for you.
