Unwanted extra delivery

ordered a belt which i was very happy with. A week or so later another belt arrived-which i hadn't ordered. After a long convuleted process refund issued for belt-but i had requested return postage be refunded. So i ended up paying £6.50 for a belt i never ordered!!

We understand the confusion with the second delivery. All our orders must be placed manually, so there’s no way we send out products automatically. We see that a second order was indeed placed and has already been refunded. Since this return followed our standard return process, the original shipping costs unfortunately remain the customer’s responsibility.

Fido d3 owner review

Owned my Fido d3 pro for over 4 years. It has limited range-15 to 20 miles, but is superb how I use it.many times have picked the bike over car as it’s so easy to ride. Wonderful little machine-after 4+ years if it packs up will buy another one without hesitation

Fiido D3 from bicycle land…

bought a fiido d3-advertised with integral pump-as with everything this company does asked for video of missing pump!!!Transpires it was a promotional extra and never included with my bike-they sent a cheap plastic pump worth about10p.Range no-where near as advertised-nearer to max of 12 miles-questioned them as to whether a faulty battery-"we need a video"!! bike is enjoyable within its limits but don't buy from this company if you want any back up

I am sorry we had to send you a replacement pump as the one advertised were on promotion by Fiido, and they had not informed us of the change in time before your purchase. I am sorry the replacement pump did not meet your satisfaction.
