Disappointing end

I really loved their litter, but the way they closed down is unbelievable. Just got an email that my subscription was cancelled today. They didn't give me time to find alternative and arrange transition from one cat litter to another. They seem to care only about profits not cats....

We are also sorry to announce the discontinuation of our Natusan UK range, but sometimes difficult decisions have to be made. We care about our community and all the cats, but unfortunately, we sold out much sooner than anticipated and have therefore no more litter left in stock.

We understand that this is a disappointing announcement and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause - it breaks our hearts to think that we have let you down!

Shocking!!!!

I understand they want a pay rise, but the service is absolutely shocking. They deliver letters absolutely randomly - it takes 2 weeks to get 1st class and 24 tracking items delivered, but economic letters are processed in 1-2 working days. I'm not going to use RM anymore...

Disaster

Second time in a row my parcel was left unattended on a doormat. I live on a ground floor and main door is usually wide open so it was not the most secure delivery. Moreover, on one occasion I was at home with lights on, but driver didn't even bothered to knock. Would not recommend...

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, wide range of products, reasonable prices and friendly staff. The only negative thing is that after registration they sent my password in unencrypted email which I think is not necessary and not safe.

Thank you for the positive review Ada, we take your point about the registration emails, it's still fairly common practice across a lot of shopping sites but we do acknowledge that there are some better ways of doing it. We will investigate making a change to that procedure.

Samsung UK - discrimination in 21 century!!!!!

Samsung UK, managed by PRS, is the worst company ever. When I was trying to get a finance to buy a new phone I was told by Samsung Store staff in Edinburgh that it's only available for British or those with UK driving licence. Why not to put a banner outside "Only for Britons" like in a Germany in 1930s? Discriminating and humiliating practices, leaving huge group of people ( majority of immigrants) without access to financial services. Who would be their next target?
