Time for some positivity

Time for some positivity! Yes, the customer service absolutely sucks now and they need to get off the AI nonsense and diagnose and rectify customer issues much sooner with human beings (and preferably some based here in the UK) this hasn’t changed. However, however, the IPA Punk brewed in one of my old 2.1’s is fantastic! Just hit the sweet spot today and it is awesome. Fresh beer at its best 👍🏻

They finally replaced my core brew dog…

They finally replaced my core brew dog Pinter, only took them 3 failed brews to get the message! Interestingly I brewed the troublesome (in the cr*p Pinter anyway) punk ipa, which in my 5 year old Pinter 2 came out a treat. If you like talking to ai bots and don’t mind while they wait to see the thing fail for the umpteenth time before they pull their fingers out and do something, then this company will be right up your street. No compensation offered for the at least 2 months labours on undrinkable diacetyl laden flat garbage, and this lot were once renowned for good customer service.

Thank you for your patience, and I’m really sorry to hear you experienced three failed brews with your Pinter. I understand how frustrating that must have been.
I can see that we’ve been working with you over a period of time to try and resolve the issue. After reviewing the photos and videos you kindly provided to help us accurately diagnose the problem, we arranged for a replacement Fresh Press in July and a Core and Fresh Press, which were sent out in August.
We always aim to work closely with our customers to get to the bottom of any issues as quickly as possible, though sometimes it can take a bit longer to get the right resolution. I completely understand that this can be frustrating, and I appreciate your cooperation throughout the process.

If there's anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Another total fail and again with the…

Another total fail and again with the Punk collaboration. Flat and no keg pressure. Same old routine from Pinter: video of the pour, picture of the hopper cap, serial numbers etc… still brewing in the Pinter 2s with Space Hopper, Public House etc…. No problems and they come out with these fancy ones and they don’t work and at twice the price. Flashy Punk Dog Pinter, absolutely useless. Bots running the helpline, no solutions, send you the same useless presses 🤔 for replacements. Another 2 weeks wasted ‘brewing’ undrinkable cr*p 🤬

Unreliable

Have been with this since the Pinter 2 came onto the scene, with very mixed results and some pretty flakey kit from Pinter to be fair. From exploding kegs, beer kits with unremovable screw tops, dodgy taps, leaking o rings, failed brews, price rises, lack of pressure, and a generally over simplistic approach to a complicated process, this is not something I’d particularly recommend. Fresh beer is very nice, but you’ve got to be able to dispense it all from a little plastic keg which more often than not lacks the ability to dispense even 1 or 2 consecutive pints. Pinter is possibly the biggest misnomer in history, and certainly not going to be a big hitter at your summer bbq.

Scam company

Scam company, ordered pressure washer, money taken, never arrived and nor did the refund I was promised. Luckily bought on credit card, and raised a claim and was successful. So not touch these with a barge pole.

Just awful

Just awful, do not use. Consistency and quality of marking is a joke, very expensive and can’t even manage to send an A4 paper certificate out without coming for more of your cash. Plenty of faffing about setting up accounts with accredible (ironic name!) to get a pdf copy of certificates, which rarely works properly. Just avoid! Undoubtedly they will come along now with a message to call this or that number or pm/email me, to which they will offer no solutions to any of the problems. It’s all lip service to look good on here.

Paid 71 quid for Mother’s Day flowers and teddy. Flowers arrived, teddy didn’t. Contacted Interflora same day and still waiting for any kind of response. Poor service for a very hefty price tag.

Since they moved over to different…

Since they moved over to different packaging for the fresh presses the recipes have changed and prices have soared - £25 for 10 pints of tasteless p**s!! Less malt and flavour and beers don’t get close to the ABV’s advertised. Dare to mention it on ‘their’ Facebook page and you will receive a life ban. If you must use them, wait until your guarantees on the kit expire and get some decent and much cheaper kits elsewhere.

Horse & Jockey, Dunstable

Horse & Jockey, Dunstable. Stayed on Thursday night, hotel was full and not a soul on reception or anywhere to be found. If there was any trouble here, or you have a problem with anything in your room as I did, you are left with no aid whatsoever but to call the police who aren’t going to be turning up there any time soon. If you’re a single woman don’t stay here, no security anywhere and full up with tradesmen. Disgraceful from Premier Inn.

Don’t bother with this lot

Don’t bother with this lot. Bought a little drinks fridge direct from them this year. Packed up after 9 months and the only warranty they offer is spare parts, but only after you have paid to submit an engineer’s report to them, and then pay again to have the parts fitted. If you’re not an electrical engineer yourself this will almost certainly cost more the fridge itself. Joke!! 1 star is too much!

Broke immediately!!

The handle fell off as soon as I opened the box and the tap didn’t work!! They did however send out a replacement core, but am still waiting on the replacement tap and press. The handles on the 2.1 are so stiff they pull the rivets out even after lubing them up.
