I am not a person who trusts internet sale easily,
But due to excellent sale for Vinylux, I had to chance it.

One nail polish was broken in delivery,
As soon as they found out,
In the kindest manner, Rebecca Morris from customer service did her magic and posted the replacement.

DPD delivered it to the wrong address,
And as soon as Rebecca found out about my correspondence with not helpful DPD,
She did her magic again and sent out the new one.

So stressless, fast to deliver, fast to help when needed...very much impressed with Sweet Squared all together.

I bought a lot on some extraordinary sale. One bottle of vinylux broke in transfer.
I contacted their customer service weeks later (after I realized the bottle was broken), sent pics with the box and bottle,
They sent me a new one in a heart beat.

I saw Semilac nail drill with extractor for €115 on their web site,
While on Semilsc it is 190.
After checking reviews on Trustpilot I decided not to buy.
But my friend told me she orders all the time and no issues.
So I decided to chance it.
It would be huge mistake if I missed this opportunity.
I got my tracking number. It was delivered in 6 days (weekend included and ordered late on Friday).
Packaging was so well done. They could play football with it during delivery, it wouldn't be damaged.
Used it tonight on my client. Couldn't be happier.
Really happy I didn't pass on this opportunity.

I decided to trust Irish Tax Rebates by my friends recommendation.
Delighted with the experience.
Professional, timely manners, kind.

I applied for my tax return a couple of months before and got nothing.

After they looked into it, I got 580 euros.
They charged approx 70 euros.

Well deserved and faur play to them.

I had a sudden problem and the day after i was due to submit my assignment.
I explained this in the shop and even though they were busy with repairs, they did my laptop's diagnostics asap and Davor J. fixed the best he could (old laptop) so that I can finish and submit my assignment on time. He even gave me a call to check if it was working properly the next day.
Really appreciate their human side and not seeing me just as an order number.

In 10 months we have had 3 shipments, 4th one is on its way.
So far, excellent experience.
Last time we even had our address written wrong on our parcel by mistake (senders/our mistake),
I emailed and called Eurosender.
They made everything right without any stress involved.

I hope 4th experience is going to be the same.

Good thing is that you can track your parcell and they call you on arrival day. If you aren't home, you can agree on what suits you the best with them.

As I said, so far very happy with their service.
And very easy to put the order for it on line.
Far price as well.
