Great customer experience
My wife was a bit reticent to buy 'a van', but after a test drive facilitated by Matthew, she was sold.
Matthew's salesmanship was top notch - not pushy at all, but well considered. He didn't try to over sell us and he did all he could to make sure the van we eventually bought met our needs.
Once the van was ready to view and take away, there were some issues, but Matthew made everything right on the day. I was impressed.
Only criticism would be the pre-purchase valet; this wasn't great. Residues left on the van's interior - and even the previous owners wallet was found on the test drive.
Overall, great sales and customer service. Would certainly go back to the dealership for the next car.
