Reliable and professional cat sitter. As far as I can tell, cat was happy with the experience too.

First engineer was rubbish. Second engineer Mia fixed the issue. I don’t know how someone can come and say there is nothing wrong with the line when a fault has been reported from their end and then tell me 25mpbs is what I’m getting when it’s 17mpbs. It’s a fibre line ffs. It should be closer to 70mbps.

Engineer turned up on time and was friendly. Sent a message 15 minutes in advance to let me know of the ETA.

Can't say I am surprised about the bad reviews. It is pay as you go energy and so not evened out throughout the year, however some of the bills do look astronomically higher than a traditional supplier that would aim to charge you the same amount every month to eliminate these surprises. Some people like that, but not me.

I clicked on an ad just to see what this is about, and now I am receiving text messages? I don't recall giving you my number to tell me how many places are left on the course.

Thank you for the advanced warning though of how this service would have panned out.
