I have shopped at Fatface for many years and received 2 x £30 gift cards for Christmas from family members.
I used one of the gift cards via my online account to purchase a sale item totalling £19.95. I expected the remaining £10.05 to be waiting ready for my next purchase, but it's disappeared.
I was not aware that I would need to input the card details each subsequent time I made a purchase, and threw the card away when I first used it.
I've now lost the card balance, contacted customer services twice, they can't help me.
I'm extremely disappointed with Fatface and I shall be shopping elsewhere from now on. Poor service and they've gained money that's rightly mine.
Extremely unhelpful customer service too. Shame on you Fatface.

Ordered and paid for the English Breakfast teabags online. I received an email the next day saying they weren't available and would I like one of the other flavours instead or wait a week or so for stock to arrive. I chose to wait as we only wanted the English Breakfast teabags.
Approximately a week later I received a refund, no explanation why. I emailed them asking why I'd got a refund and I was informed it may be several weeks for them to arrive. This left me wondering if the teabags I'd originally ordered actually exist!!
Disappointing.

2 lilac bushes ordered and they're great thanks. Good quality, nice height, let's hope they do well, but we're really pleased with them.
Delivery time took around 5-7 days I think, but that's not a problem.

This is an excellent website and service.
The products arrived the next morning, great quality (door furniture for several doors) and great selection to choose from.
The carpenter who's fitting the doors recommended this site and we would definitely use it again. The KitKat in the box is a lovely idea - we'll keep it for the carpenter when he comes to fit the doors!

Obviously you don't have to go with anyone you're unsure about, just say thank you but we've now got the job sorted.

Could I possibly ask whether a card is available to send with it to say who it is for and from?. I may have missed it but I couldn't see an option to do that when I paid, so I text my friend to say she would be getting a plant in the post from me. Just an idea.

Lots of choices and tasty meals. You soon find your favourites and the snacks are great too. The crisps are tasty and filling and definitely keep me going, and it really works. The Facebook support page is also so helpful. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.
