Ordered and paid for the English Breakfast teabags online. I received an email the next day saying they weren't available and would I like one of the other flavours instead or wait a week or so for stock to arrive. I chose to wait as we only wanted the English Breakfast teabags.
Approximately a week later I received a refund, no explanation why. I emailed them asking why I'd got a refund and I was informed it may be several weeks for them to arrive. This left me wondering if the teabags I'd originally ordered actually exist!!
Disappointing.
