Damage to appliance ordered

This was the first time I ordered from this company.
The appliance arrived damaged where I contacted the company.
They firstly offered me a goodwill gesture of £20 which I refused.
They then increased the amount to £50 .
I asked if they could look at refunding me anymore as it would cost a lot more to collect and replace the appliance damaged.
They basically refused.
I needed the appliance fridge freezer urgently.
I won't be ordering anything more from this company.
Not a pleasant experience

Refused refund!

Ordered a sweatshirt from this company and it states delivered but I never received the order or delivery.
Contacted the company completed a denial of receipt form but no refund just negative response.
I will not be shopping with Fraser's again and lost trust and respect for the company.

I attempted to use the reward for a…

I attempted to use the reward for a free coffee where I had collected beans but I was charged for the coffee on the touch screen at Plymouth Armada Way and also lost the free coffee.
Contacted customer service but going round in circles where they disbelieved me and I appalled with the response.
Don't think I will ever use Costa Coffee again.

My account was stopped due to several…

My account was stopped due to several times deliveries went missing from couriers and I truly believe MandM Direct are blaming me and punishing me for the missing orders.
I have asked if they would reinstate my account but bluntly said NO
I am upset and disappointed with the outcome and made me feel very unhappy and anxious to have my account stopped which was no fault of mine!

Ordered a bookcase never received the…

Ordered a bookcase never received the order.
Contact Debenhams customer service without any response for a week.
Last week 27.6.25 received a email stating refund in being processed but heard nothing since not my money back.
Email them again without any response and I find this rude and very poor service.
Lost trust respect for the company and it seems they are not bothered about customers.
Even emailed the CEO without any response!

I ordered a tree lopper through the…

I ordered a tree lopper through the Range and when the order arrived the saw was not in the delivery and packaging was tampered with.
I contacted The Range about this and I was advised that I would receive a £10 off the original price due to this and was asked to set up a PayPal account to receive the refund on the order which I don't want to do.
I paid through Clearpay and the refund should of gone onto my account with Clearpay.
I have been sending over 20 emails to customer service at the Range and still get no resolution from the ordeal.
I will never order or shop with the Range ever again,it's been a total nightmare and awful experience.
I just want others to be aware of customer service and forcing customers to set up a PayPal account to receive a refund on orders with missing part!

I inquired about a service plan after…

I inquired about a service plan after no response from the online inquiry.
Sales person really not interested and poor customer service.
Asked a couple of questions but felt he was not interested in my inquiry.
Customers are your business and growth don't let staff give negative advice and tone of voice showing no interest in customers questions.

Ordered an item for the first time on there website.
Never received the order informed of this 4 days later received an email to complete a Denial of Receipt form due to unprofessional courier service.
I have emailed the company twice now without any response and it seems i am just being ignored.
I find this rude and unprofessional and will never use this company again.
Very poor service and communication!

Firstly they was a delay in the dispatch of the order.
It supposedly arrived last week but unable to locate the delivery!
Contacted the company about this and still awaiting a reply after several messages on the OnBuy platform.
They continue to ghost me which is not good!

I placed an order with the company and EVRI stated order delivered with photo evidence but on my return home from work no parcel!
Contacted M&M and refused to refund me and now paying for goods not received!
They have also blocked my account due to missing parcel which is no fault of mine.

Never received the order I placed.
Email the company several times without any response.
I believe this is a scam and company just takes your money and you do not receive orders placed.
Very poor customer service and when you attempt to contact the company where they just completely ignore you!
I would be extremely cautious purchasing goods from this company.
