I purchased a kettle with warranty from them through Onbuy.com. Everything 4 U Uk didn’t want to know when it went wrong in the warranty period. First they said it was too late when it wasn’t and then blamed the manufacturer even though they were responsible for handling warranty issues. Onbuy are no better as they keep using this company and told me to take legal action…. Over a kettle!!

An order was placed on the 1st November
On the 4th November we were told it’s been dispatched over 2 weeks to travel somewhere, are they using a horse and cart 😡😡

Order should have arrived by the 1/11/24 still waiting!
Trying to get in contact just seems like a run around.
Onbuy is just as bad pages and pages of info that does not seem to go anywhere!

I recently purchased a item through OnBuy from this company.
Firstly they was a delay in the dispatch of the order.
It supposedly arrived last week but unable to locate the delivery!
Contacted the company about this and still awaiting a reply after several messages on the OnBuy platform.
They continue to ghost me which is not good!

They are selling a life saving product called an ‘Aspod’, it is for carrying emergency aspirin in case of chest pains. Their price is £19.17 each!!! This item is available from the manufacturers website for less than £6 each. In fact you can get FOUR for less than £19.17!

Something dodgy going on here?!?!

I ordered the wall art with solar light ( butterfly ) and received it quite quickly, it is just as described and looks lovely on my garden wall just hoping I can get the bird one as well

I purchased a tandem pushchair through onbuy not realising they weren't the actual sellers. 2 days after purchase onbuy emailed me to advise dispatch and that the seller, Everything4u, would confirm my tracking details but I had nothing My delivery due date came and went with no delivery so I raised an issue but heard nothing. 2 days later a delivery driver from Amazon turned up with the pushchair but was refusing to leave it as he wanted a one off passcode, which I didn't have as I'd heard nothing from the company. As he'd blocked my street he went to move his van so I pulled my pushchair into my doorway while I found my email as proof of purchase. I showed him this but he wasn't having any of it but there was no way he was taking away the pushchair I had bought and paid for so I tried to close the door and he started to force his way into my house. Thank goodness I managed to shut him out and lock the door but I was very shaken to and he continued to sit outside my house for over 30 mins before finally leaving. I have complained to onbuy who couldn't care less and referred me to the seller, but why are they happy to broker a deal for a company with such poor customer service. I also complained to Everything4U who said they'd look into it and haven't got back to me so they don't care either. I will never buy from either of them again after such a traumatic experience.

I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT TRUSTPILOT FIRST! I FEEL LIKE A COMPLETE IDIOT. THIS COMPANY, RUN BY LATVIANS, ALONG WITH OTHER NO DOUBT BOGUS COMPANIES, IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. NO GOODS, MONEY TAKEN. I DID GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM ONBUY AND ASSUME I WILL BE REFUNDED, BUT WHY DO ONBUY DEAL WITH 'RETAILERS' WHO ARE OBVIOUSLY FRAUDS?

Omg what a shabby company I am not one for complaining but they are a shame ordered dash cam they took my money but no delivery only one email blaming delivery agent. If I hadn't gone through onbuy I wouldn't have got my money back so thanks onbuy. But I would recommend people out there not to use everything 4 you because they are definitely not reliable.

This company is a fraud, and the new website they set up, iexclusive.co.uk, is also a fraud, Everything4you is simply their old website, new name new look, same old tricks.

Ordered a purse £99 so glad I used PayPal it was only after I’d ordered and didn’t receive order confirmation that I read reviews and low and behold nearly 3 weeks later they’ve told me my purse was lost in transit, just as other reviews say!! Please don’t order fro here I’m sure they shouldn’t be still being allowed to trade

What was going on with this company after an order via OnBuy.com?
‘Your order has been cancelled by the seller for the following reason: Undeliverable address’
Never heard that one before and hadn’t read any reviews. At least my money is now back in my PayPal account.

Scammer,overpriced.couldn’t get refund.Dodgy seller.dishonest.Surprised they are still trading

Paid for order; still waiting for delivery 2 weeks later. No contact from or contact details for the company, no tracking of the order. Very disappointed.

Ordered 8l of potplant soil through Onbuy. Order arrived a few days later than estimated. It had been send Royal Mail 48. Brand was not the one I had ordered but it was actually a bigger bag and more expensive brand delivered. All good!

Scammer, avoid at all costs.
Item order, and after 2 weeks not arrived.
Chased 3 times for courier and tracking details, to magically be told the unknown courier had lost the item in transit. (This was a 1.8m wide by 1m high garden storage unit, so not exactly a small item to loose).
Had to go to PayPal to lodge a complaint to pursue a refund.

Terrible company missed delivery date, no completed order, lack of communication.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There are a lot of bad reviews out there about this seller with money being taken and not receiving the products but in my experience there was no problem what so ever the stuff I ordered even turned up 2 days earlier than expected I didn’t read the reviews until after I had ordered and thought I had losed my money so that’s the only reason I have given them 3 stars with the anxiety or otherwise it would have been 5 stars with the service I received
Ps This is the fist time I have ordered with this seller I probably wouldn’t order anything again because of the bad reviews that are out there
