Ordered a bookcase never received the…

Ordered a bookcase never received the order.
Contact Debenhams customer service without any response for a week.
Last week 27.6.25 received a email stating refund in being processed but heard nothing since not my money back.
Email them again without any response and I find this rude and very poor service.
Lost trust respect for the company and it seems they are not bothered about customers.
Even emailed the CEO without any response!
