I would urge caution when dealing with…

I would urge caution when dealing with this company. They have taken money from my son on multiple occasions and repeatedly blamed “staff training errors.” They once promised to credit him a couple of days but failed to follow through.

When we explained that my son would be moving to a new college in a few months, we were advised to take a non-contractual membership. We followed this advice, but when we later froze the membership, we were told it could only be frozen for one month. Then, to cancel, we were informed he would still need to pay an additional month upfront.

This is extremely disappointing, as my son wanted to continue his membership, but due to the misleading and inconsistent information we were given, we had no choice but to cancel.

Reading other reviews, it appears customer service is not a priority for this company. It’s a shame, as this approach shows little regard for current or future customers.

Think its fair to say they take there time sending parcels, so please take this into consideration when ordering otherwise I await my delivery

Disappointment Reigns: Faulty Land Rover Discovery Coupled with Subpar Knutsford Service

My 2017 Land Rover Discovery HSE has sadly become a synonym for disappointment. Beyond the excessive mechanical faults that plague the vehicle, the warranty claim process with Land Rover has been nothing short of a frustrating bureaucratic nightmare. Every issue becomes a battle, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued.

To add insult to injury, the Knutsford dealership I chose based on positive recommendations has washed their hands of me after the sale. Despite repeated complaints about the persistent bonnet latch issue, I was met with indifference and brushed aside. Despite acknowledging it as a known fault, Land Rover refused to cover the repair under warranty, instead pushing me into a frustrating limbo of waiting for them to "argue it out" with the manufacturer. A week has passed with no communication, leaving me feeling utterly abandoned and disrespected.

This shoddy customer service is simply unacceptable for a premium brand like Land Rover. The lack of urgency and empathy from both the manufacturer and the dealership is outrageous. My experience serves as a stark warning to potential buyers: be prepared for a bumpy ride, both literally and figuratively, if you choose a Land Rover Discovery.

I suggest to avoid land rover as too many faults and insurance is so high as they are always getting nicked

What a Yodel lodel rubbish

What a Yodel lodel rubbish
Contacted live chat, told me my parcel would be delivered today after waiting weeks then said address problem!
Nightmare ended up collecting from depot as they dont know there Yodel from there elbow!


Tried to respond to yodel but email bouced back with a message saying that the email address is undergoing maintenance, another failed communication attempt

I have also received a letter after 18 months of visiting portugal
Car rented we Geurin, tolls on agreement
Paid then said its the renters responsibility to make sure tolls are paid, and 83p was not paid billed me £18 admin fee..

The worst experience

The worst experience
The card reader won’t work with the mobile sim they provide
They admitted it was there fault and told me to return
Failed to refund me all my money took £50 off the full refund amount, and no reason to why, disappointed as promised a full refund, as it’s not fit for purpose
I definitely don’t recommend, stick with PayPal direct not a third party cowboy company
