Avoid like the plague this company is completely incompetent at sending out your items. It's been over 10 DAYS, and upon phoning customer services, they have stated my item will be another week. I can only imagine this company is folding and going into liquidation. SHOP ELSEWHERE BE WARNED.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - This company is selling the same thing you can buy from TEMU, but at 5 times the price. The quality is horrendous, and when I tried to cancel, I was told that there would be no problem with returning the item. The postage to return this piece of c r a p is £50.00. Please be warned, this website and the reviews on this page are all fake, and it's a scam website.

Ordered a Delsey suitcase, was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but today it arrived all in one piece and well packaged . Took a little longer than a U.K. site but that is to be expected as the suitcase came from Germany! I absolutely love it and will definitely be returning to buy more 😃

Excellent boots and a great customer service. I had never bought from here so a first time buyer. I bought a pair of Penelope Chilvers boots they were perfect but unfortunately they were too big, so I had to return. Very easy returns and a very prompt refund ! I will definitely be using this company more !

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. After purchasing 2 Eden bags I was not happy with the quality so I sent an email advising how to return! After waiting for days and days I was ignored ! I then had to open a dispute with pay pal and yes you’ve guessed it they ignored them right until the last day . I’ve returned the bags and yes the dispute is still going on even though I’ve returned the bags I still have not received a refund ! Please avoid like the plague I am now going to warn every handbag forum to avoid them which consists of thousands of people , hoping each person will spread the word ! They take your money , ignore your messages and refuse to refund you. I believe all the US reviews are fake ! I will also be contacting VOGUE to verify if they advertised their bags ! If so they should be accountable for their actions!

We are sorry that the refund process took extra days because we can' issue you refund directly as you have applied chargeback via PayPal, we can't control the processing time (Its PayPal's process). DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
After waiting a week for delivery the WOOL COAT arrived. OMG the stench of the coat is horrendous. It has been sprayed with a chemical spray that smells horrendous. It's a cross between a CHARITY shop smell and toilet cleaner. After it was in the room for 10 minutes it caused me to have an asthma attack and have to use medication immediately. THIS STORE IS HORRENDOUS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The coat will have to be stored in the shed until It can be returned ASAP.

BE WARNED- Ninja products are great when they are working but have a lot of faults. After care of these products is horrendous. I purchased the Health grill which isn’t cheap it cost £285.00 and after a few months developed intermittent faults. After 10 days I am still waiting for a replacement product. I am having to call them daily for an update and I am still no closer to getting my non functional grill replaced. AVOID and get decent appliances from a decent company. This company takes your money ,then after you are discarded. Ninjas items have a very short life. They are good for a few months only. BE WARNED and buy elsewhere.
