Am I really the only one who gets annoyed with their pricing? £12.99 is £13 and anyone with a brain knows that. What can you buy for a penny? You need to buy 125 bottles of their wine before you have saved enough to buy a first class stamp!
Time to drop this stupid marketing idea and come into the twenty-first century and price in pounds (maybe occasionally tenths of a pound) as so many other companies are doing?
For me this is the last straw:-
“Your Unlimited membership is due to renew on 24/05/2024. You don’t need to do anything. We will take a payment of £29.99, which represents a slight increase of the annual fee (formerly £24), from the card linked to your membership.”
It’s not £29, it’s £30 and not “slight” but an increase of 25%.
Note their savings are always given to you in full pounds

Well it’s now September, they said usual practice is to round up to the nearest pound but in their case it's still not getting past the 99 pence. Sadly I consider this as being slightly dishonest to me as a customer so will continue not buying from them.

Delivered on time. Just used the product and fingers crossed it will work.

The fact that there was a fault with the product supplied but this was resolved in a very professional way.

Quality is not getting it right every time but if something is not right just how quickly that is recognised and corrected. In my case, I ordered a ride-on lawnmower which was delivered on time. Initially, I was delighted but on trying it out it became obvious there were a number of problems. Just Lawnmowers tried to resolve these problems but the distance between us, delivery of parts and then an offer to replace the machine with a different model finally proved all too difficult. My order has now been cancelled and money refunded in full. I therefore fully recommend Just Lawnmower as an excellent company to deal with
