I am sorry you have had a problem with your order. Your order was placed on 07/08 for two air conditioning units, One item was out of stock and we tried to source that from our suppliers but it was out of stock everywhere so we offered an alternative to you. We did sent an e-mail to you on 08/08 to inform you about this and to find out how would you like to proceed. You requested to cancel the full order so we cancelled your order and refund you the full amount of £855.85. Please accept my sincere apologies on this matter.

after the ISA cashback fiasco - now the SIPP transfer debacle.... they are waiting for my existing provider (Mattioli Woods) to re-register the funds and Mattioli Woods are waiting for HL to do it... even after speaking with each other still neither side know what to do... total waste of two months and total incompetence...

moved my ISA to them due to cashback offer - only the cash back has not been credited and I have messaged them 3 times without reply..
no doubt i will not get the cash back from moving my sipp to them either. DONT be fooled with the cash back offer -- you dont get it.

two orders with this company - both not good experience
made two orders with this company, first was a nightmare - not delivered and I had to drive 10 miles to pick it up from the courier depo.
2nd order also not delivered, chased it up and was sent a generic email stating lead time, which is not relevant to my order as it is already way past T&C's delivery time.
