Paid for next day delivery, no tracking number, no reply to email, no answer on phone numbers. Spent £900 with them, awful service, no idea what has happened to my money...

I am sorry you have had a problem with your order. Your order was placed on 07/08 for two air conditioning units, One item was out of stock and we tried to source that from our suppliers but it was out of stock everywhere so we offered an alternative to you. We did sent an e-mail to you on 08/08 to inform you about this and to find out how would you like to proceed. You requested to cancel the full order so we cancelled your order and refund you the full amount of £855.85. Please accept my sincere apologies on this matter.
