As a parent with a child with special needs and not being very tech savvy, I was concerned that my son would not be safe online. It is very reassuring to know that I could put safety first and monitor my child’s useage. Also particularly helpful of choosing when the phone could and could not be used, ie turning the phone off during school hours.

I highly recommend parent shield. I just wish they did one for us adults as the service is fantastic.

Very helpful. Made sure he asked the right questions to ensure my sons needs were met by the location and accommodation and even checked before we made the booking. My son has sensory overload and is particularly sensitive to noise. The original caravan was in an entertainment area which Keith had got back to me to tell me about then offered me alternative accommodation in a quiet area near some trees. If he hadn’t of helped in this way the holiday would have been a disaster. So thank you for going that extra mile.

Very quick to take money for a booking but absolutely horrendous to communicate with if there are any issues. My holiday booked for 5-12 May couldn’t go ahead due to myself catching covid. I have been trying since that date (todays date 12 May) to get through to LH without success. A no show invoice is needed for insurance purposes and a flight tax refund. Phone up and put booking ref in as requested and then the call gets disconnected. Try the booking app and the bot service either doesn’t work or cannot answer your question. There is nothing on the app which allows you to make any requests or queries to get any help.

Always a good go to site for the best offers on branded beauty products. Often free samples are thrown in too.

Quality of clothing and shoes really crap and cheap materials. Trainers don’t seem like the real proper quality that you get elsewhere. Clothes fall to bits after a short time of wearing. Always lots of time queuing despite lots of staff talking to one another or just standing about on shop floor.

Absolutely fantastic highly recommend. Good communications and correspondance. Kept fully informed of process of order, delivery & after sales. Delivery men very considerate and polite and prices very competitive. Cant fault and will shop there again.

Had a problem with my products that I had purchased and the guy on Twitter was very quick and efficient at dealing with me and resolving the problem as best he could.
