Unfortunately the delivery service used are not upto standard. We were let down 2x (after taking time off work) and took several phone calls to finally arrive on 3rd arrangement. The delivery driver however was helpful and no issues upon the final delivery. After several emails backwards and forwards between Rattan eventually was offered a goodwill gesture for our time lost and our inconvenience.
The furniture itself is excellent quality and value and we are very pleased now we have finally received.

Poor service, finally end of a disastrous catalogue of service. Almost 10 months from order and 7 months from original delivery to finally receiving a replacement chair for 2 faulty items. Very poor customer service, poor contact and updates. Customer refund like pulling teeth, nothing offered than the bare minimum. Would never recommend this business or want to use again as such poor, uncaring service.

We appreciate that it is difficult to believe, however the impact of COVID-19 is having a huge effect across all retailers and HU is no exception. Logistics and shipping of goods across the globe is proving extremely challenging and the consequence is later than anticipated delivery.
As a business that prides itself on its quality and levels of Customer Service, it is difficult to find ourselves in this situation. Please be assured that we are working hard, daily to reduce the impact as much as we possibly can.
We can only pass on what we are told at the time and we appreciate how frustrating it is for things to move. As a result, our Customer Service Team are dealing with an unprecedented volume of emails and phone calls. The date that we provide is correct at the time that we pass this onto you, however, these dates are constantly changing from our suppliers due to the challenges that are being faced globally.
We do appreciate the patience that you have shown and we only wish your experience could have been different.

Shocking service. Item ordered nearly 8 months ago and still not a full undamaged dining set received- 2 faulty chairs and still waiting for replacement. Communication backwards and forwards between housing units and me and the delivery company and me. Why am I chasing this when I am the customer. Still ongoing. Shocking service.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the level of service that you have received. A replacement chair has been dispatched to you via our couriers, and you should be receiving this shortly. We have offered to refund the cost of this chair in full for any inconvenience caused. A replacement was ordered as soon as you advised us of the issue but due to the ongoing global distribution issues, stock is taking longer to arrive from the suppliers as usual.

Surprisingly these socks are truly amazing. Not convinced but needed to get something for my husbands poor legs, ankles and feet that are constantly sore from work and after rounds of golf. Bought these to try and his initial reaction of them 'feeling strange' turned to 'they actually work'. At the end of the day 1 leg no pain, the other leg significantly reduced pain. Will be buying more
