Unusable fruit and veg, shop elsewhere

What on earth is going on with fruit and veg. My online order had 3 items which would have never been on their shelves. Fennel, all brown and shriveled outer and and rotten inside, totally un unusable. Bunch of 8 Fairtrade bananas, 4 had splits in which were going brown, unusable, 2 were very brown and the other 2 will go off in a couple of days. Cauliflower very limp, lucky I'm going to use it tonight as top is discolouring already. I offered on their'chat' to send which said no need. I was refunded for fennel and given £4 goodwill gesture... the total for the items was £3.09. I will not be buying fruit and veg from them again as this isn't the first time things have not been fresh. No point shopping in 2 places online so will no longer be shopping at Sainsbury's, they need to sort their quality control

Arrived by delivery as told it would. Postage cost would have been high but money off on the purchase made it reasonable

Here we go again

Here we go again. Seller paid for next day delivery and of course Evri says a delay on delivering the parcel with no explanation or delivery date given. I cannot believe this company is still in business, they have an appalling reputation with thousands of negative reviews. I am now asking sellers not to use them. I know my courier is abysmal, lazy,unreliable and useless, I have complained numerous times to Evri and nothing changes. Evri gives the same stock reply but doesn't change the courier. As A company they really don't care about their customers or the parcel recipient. Don't bother giving your waste of time response to this review

The list of unavailable products on home del is getting ridiculous…

The list of unavailable products on my home delivery has become ridiculous when I order summer offers and in season products you'd think they would have them in stock. You never geg told until the morning the delivery id due. Also 3 for 2 offers, when one item is not available you just lose out and pay full price for the 2. Am thinking of shopping elsewhere in the future

Rubbish courier and company

A parcel containing an electric item was left on doorstep in the rain even tho I had left a note on door to use greenhouse which is my registered safe place. Ghulum the courier is too lazy to bother to walk a few yards. If I'm home and he comes he is always on his phone and doesn't even make eye contact. Parcels are put on floor and not handed to me. He is a disgrace to the company and Evri never do anything to rectify the situation just pass things to and fro so the complainant gives up. If you have a choice use a different courier. Yodel seems very good

What a completely rubbish courier…

What a completely rubbish courier service this is. The lazy incompetent delivery person didn't even knock at the door up 10 steps or leave my parcel in designated place about 20yards from my front door. Usually he just throws it in the garden but this time he left it on a low wall by the pavement where anyone could take it. Evri don't care even though there have been numerous complaints about him and anger on social media. For a short while there was adifferent courier was good

Absolute rubbish tv

Absolute rubbish tv, buffering all the time slow to open apps. Tried everything. When can finally open app to stream if any advert then the buffering just carries on and on and on and never get programme to restart. TV doesn't recognise wifi password when it disengages from Internet at random even though other devices still connected. I never have this problem with my panasonic tv. I've set a date but this has gone on gor months now. A complete waste of money....don't buy LG

Dreadful service from my courier

Dreadful service from my courier. He never leaves the parcel in my safe space but on front doorstep. When I'm home he comes to the door talking on his phone and doesn't even acknowledge me. Heavy parcels he leaves on the doorstep, never hands them to me. Previously he's said he's delivered parcels when he hasn't. He was meant to deliver one day and didn't, no explanation, next day didn't deliver either even though I was given a time slot and been in all day. Never ever has a card been left to say where parcel is. Once it was taken to a shop miles from me and it was only because a friend noticed it was on the shop floor that I ever got it. How can they so often get it so wrong. DPD and Yodel are much better.

My5 absolute crap

My5 absolute crap. Freezes. Stops, doesn't load a complete rubbish. No one does anything to sort it even though multiple reviews of the shoddy service. Had to set review date but has not got better over years, just as bad as always
