Took my Mercedes in for it's annual service, received professional service, very customer focused. Coffee and biscuits on arrival and service manager met me to discuss the work being done. Sent me a video of the underside of my car showing brake and tyre wear and a pdf report showing the results of the health check. There's not much to fault when it's this good!

I have been trying to cancel a data sim for three months but these people simple make it impossible. So I cancelled the Direct Debit in frustration. Now receiving threats for legal action. Tried talking to customer services today - ok, I was being persistent but the guy on the phone was talking over me and ended up cutting me off - I only wanted to speak to his team leader. This bunch are a right shower, I've never experienced such an awful UK service desk and, like other reviewers, I will be taking this up with Dixons CEO and the Ombudsman. My advice is stay clear!

Hi C J Crane, it's not great to hear that you have had difficulty cancelling your iD Mobile SIM, however, we do not advise any customer to cancel a direct debit. When the direct debit is cancelled, the account remains active. This means that your services will still be usable and you will be charged, if the payment cannot be taken from your bank, or you do not make the payment manually, then bills will mount up and you would risk the account being passed to debt collection. We would like to help with this, please email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so we can take a look and see what's going on; we can, hopefully, provide a solution. We would also like to look into the complaint regarding our Customer Service Team, please provide us with the full details of the call and we will ensure this is escalated.
