confusing tickets

Pre purchased outward and return tickets. outward on a Thursday return on aFriiday. booked seats and times of rail journey. saved tickets to wallet on iphone. when i looked at the tickets they are all dated the same day. no seat reservation's shown. Converse with chat bot and then live person. both initially say i booked open ticket so no seats are reserved. but i screen shot my page and it shows seats and dates . why cannot the ticket in my wallet show the dates and seats of my journey i have had to print the tickets to proove the seats and dates and even then in regards the dates it says optional reservation then the date. lets just try making things more difficult and confusing for everybody.

Honestly dont join

Yep do not join they will make it difficult for you to leave.
any company that makes it difficult to leave you know you cant then trust them unfortunately i fouind out to late.
Now I am being told my review will be taken down unless I give personal details.
tell you what you try and find the cancellation form and give them all the details on it

Well what a disappointment

Well what a disappointment. Bought for myself and daughter to give us different and quick options for lunch occasionally. Doesnt mix well either to much liquid or not enough. Pasta often still hard. and taste is just bland. i really cant understand the good comments.
we spend ages mixing the contents of the bags to try and get the right mix of ingredients to no avail. quite shocked really how bad for the price these are. another social media based company thats all hype.

Expect to be disappointed

Registered with the pharmacy by using the app. got lots of reminders to order new prescription way to early. When i did order they say one of my medicines out of stock. contact them they say 24 hours for a reply after 24 hours they sent a reply saying another 48 hours obviously a joke company, never known anything like it

not as god as reviews say

i used this service because of the 4.8 star rating on here. however just be aware that compiling my photo book took. ages. the software kept saying my photos were not of good enough quality even though they were 10.5MB. customer service gave me two different opinions to sort it. when i did eventually place my order they then said there were delays. why could they not say before i placed the order. my fingers are crossed it comes back ok. Oh yes looks like they not shipping from the UK but i cant be certain as they keep things quite mysterious. Update 2/4/22, book arrived very quickly 48hr via royal mail and delivered from a print centre in the UK. Unfortunately book has lots of issues awaiting on response to my many emails. Finally the 3rd book arrived without any errors. i will say customer service was good via the chat feature. some of my emails i never got a reply to.

Banana Whey Isolate Powder

This review is just about the banana flavour whey isolate protein powder.

Disgusting is the only word to describe it.
I have had various other brands and they are never brilliant but this takes some beating , i just dont believe it can be taste tested by a human. mixes ok and service was good but just stay away from this.

So far so good and i like the price

Seems like good pricing to me just cant understand why they just dont set prices to the low price after discount as they seem to offer so many discount prices.
Delivery good and productive good too. So only test will be if something does go wrong how then then respond. so far all good.

BEWARE changes to fit

I have been buying Hanwag Banks boots for 10 years. i did soi because the fit and quality were just great. BEWARE they have changed the fit and the design of the boot. Just wasted £200+ on boots that dont fit and feel more like wellies than a suooortive boot i can wear on long hikes. i wore them once so i cant return. no mention of changes in description of course.

Thought i would try "Now Tv " tried to register but i could not because i dont have a house number only a name.
Thought i would go to the contact us / help section to try and resolve this and boy am i glad i did look there as its clear they dont want to help as there was no way to contact them over having problems registering. If thats their attitude over new customers goodness knows whats it like with existing ones.

Sony, think twice

Spent that extra few pounds on a Sony TV thinking i would get a better overall experience. At first all was fine really enjoying the TV then they did an update. Now its a nightmare, they have moved stuff around just for the sake of it, You know when you go in the supermarket and you go to get that regular item and they moved it and it takes ages to find again , well thats a Sony update and it drops internet connection on a regular basis since the update. i wish i had stuck with good old reliable samsung and its only a year old.

Joined and left after 10 minutes

Joined today . Always fearful of having to give email out to get access but did. Website was terrible to use. Filters didn’t work. Website was changing content as I was browsing. Got fed up and went to log out . Checked email preference default was set to sending me emails everyday on every activity. Why was default not no emails. Unsubscribed as I could not find out how to leave membership.

Wish i had looked up reviews before i…

Wish i had looked up reviews before i ordered.
About 10 days to arrive . Then only 1 of two books ordered turned up. Website showing in stock. Nobody to ring. No human reply to emails yet. Wish i had just used Amazon, but thought i was helping out my local bookstore who i did try and get to order books for me but they said use this site. So wont be using them either. Will i get my book or my money back who knows

App issues

They say they have updated their security and require new face and voice scans. Doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. Tel customer service they admitted problems and said they could do it remotely. Trying to get through security turned out to be problematic yet on the app all they required was my passcode all odd . I will be taking my money out when I can . Rates can also be beaten elsewhere so why stay. emails they refer to in their reply approx 18 months ago and I did call customer service.

Just have to say started using Waitrose Click and Collect and yes believe it, I got one delivery during Corovirus period. Service and stock levels have been brilliant . I know you pay a little more but it’s worth it. Only niggle is with £60 shopping basket minimum order for delivery . But well done Waitrose during this period .

Once again they let me down

Once again they let me down by being late. If it’s not the worse possible substitutions or out if stock items , even basic ones, ordered bread no substitutions at all? What a joke. I tried them again after a friend said they were getting better, I had said never again, This time I mean it. Try all other options first or be prepared to be disappointed .

Cyclo 3 does not have rpm

Cyclo 3 does not have rpm on its monitor so if want to use videos or apps to work out to be aware this won’t work . Also use of monitor just poor seems dated and cheap. I would not have bought if I had known, no thought gone into this.
Peddles initially making a knocking sound but this stopped when some little end caps on end of peddles fell off so didn’t bother sending a video of noise to customer support, fact they never got back to me about rpm issue, they initial said they thought bike did have rpm
.Now a couple of months on and wheel squeeking like mad . I see from their video this should not happen for 12 months or so, well it’s happening now.

Nice idea but saw no advantage to this food after trial

Ordering was easy, delivery was as stated and my dog liked the food. The amount recommended seemed small and it needed to be topped up. And half a carton of wet food a day was nonsense. Snacks were a big hit though
I ordered the food as my dog was/is suffering from a few conditions. Unfortunately this food made no difference. So I cancelled as the premium cost was unjustified . cancellation was easy and no fuss.

Nice idea not sure if it really is an6 better than just buying it off the shelf.

Arrived just after 12 o clock place was…

Arrived just after 12 o clock place was quiet. Finally got food at1 o’clock. Food average (Meatballs) and unevenly cooked. Daughter enjoyed her mac and cheese but this looked like a ready meal. Deserts I had new York cheesecake, again disappointed. Over sickly with salted caramel sauce and what seemed to be bits of crunchy type chocolates on the top. Daughter had a shake she said it was fine. I won’t go again plenty if choice out there where they get it right. In all £42 .

Disappointed .

I was pleased to find this website.
Disappointed with service. Order arrived late . In fact only arrived after I contacted them, but they did send by courier. Unfortunately there was an item missing. They did refund. But they had plenty of time to advise before they delivered. Which if they did I would have ordered a replacement. Sorry but no confidence in their service. Shame won’t be reordering.
