UTTER RUBBISH!

UTTER RUBBISH!
This company is the worst!
They will held your deposit, no matter what. If you don't buy their so called Risk 0 insurance, which they pressure you into by making threaths and trying to scare you AND ALSO COSTS 10 TIMES THE RENTAL PRICE, you will end up paying disgusting amounts of money for insignificant or made up issues.
Zero business etiquette! STAY AWAY!

At Klass Wagen, customers are free to choose whether or not to purchase our Risk 0 protection, which is an optional service designed to eliminate any financial responsibility in the event of damage. For customers who choose not to take this coverage, a security deposit is required — this is standard practice across the car rental industry and is fully refundable once the vehicle is returned in the same condition as at pick-up.

We never withhold deposits unfairly or invent damages. Every charge is supported by photo and video documentation from both pick-up and return inspections, which are always available for review. Our team is also trained to ensure full transparency during this process.

We sincerely regret if the way our procedures were explained made you feel pressured or uncomfortable. Your comments have been shared with our Bucharest team for review to ensure that all customer interactions remain clear, respectful, and professional at all times.

Rubbish

Rubbish! Utter rubbish! Offers you to check ID by mobile number, however it sais that it's not able to after giving your name, number and DOB!
Nothing but a DATA HARVERSTER! STAY AWAY!

Scam.. don't be fooled by the low price!

Before you are renting from these, please be aware of the following: in the eventuality that you are booking with a deposit (which require a Credit Card with your full name embedded on it :-), these are the charges you are going to face - scratched headlight, fog light, tail light, mirror 400 euros :-); scratched engine hood, bumpers, fenders, doors - 450 euros :-)
Bearing in mind that when you pick up the car you don't have the chance to check the damage sheet, they will "miss" one single scratch and BAM! YOU ARE OUT OF POCKET! It's so easy to miss one little scratch.
All the positive reviews that you are seeing here are made by people that have paid their "risk 0" insurance which costs hundreds of euros and don't require a deposit, hence the price you see when you book is NOT the real price for a pleasant and worry free experience.

In your feedback, you mentioned the process of the card payment and the explanation of our rental options. Allow me to clarify the two available options for our valued customers:

1. General Deposit Option: To secure your rental, you have the choice of blocking a deposit on a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card issued in the main driver's name.

2. "Risk 0" Service: Alternatively, you can opt for our "Risk 0" Service, which completely eliminates the need for a deposit. This service can be conveniently paid for using a debit card. By choosing this option, you are relieved of any responsibility for potential damages to the vehicle during your rental period.

We understand that the process may seem a bit time-consuming, but we believe in providing comprehensive information to our customers to empower them to make informed decisions. We acknowledge that you may have found this explanation lengthy, but we firmly believe that it's crucial for our customers to be well-informed from the outset, avoiding any regrets later on.

While we regret that you were not entirely satisfied with the time spent at our office for these explanations, please rest assured that this procedure is in place to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. In some cases, the deposit option may appear more expensive in the event of damage to the vehicle, making the insurance option a worthwhile consideration.

Regarding the scratches, every client receives a damage report at pick-up, detailing the car's dents and scratches. Upon return, we inspect the vehicle again and provide another damage report. If new dents or scratches are found, the deposit is held, and an invoice is issued within a few business days with the amount. The client is then informed by email with further instructions.

Highly recommended!

Recommended! Had to claim the other day, straightforward process, very clear with what they needed, after a few e-mails and in about 2 weeks time I had my claim sorted. Very happy with this company, I was with them for a while but never claimed. When I needed to claim they were there. Highly recommended!

RUBBISH!

In my opinion they are just cowboys that they try to rip you off at every opportunity!
4 or 5 months after your holiday it's over your credit card is suddenly charged with 30 or 60 Euros. They say it's the admin fee that you agreed to pay in case you get a fine. And then you wait... and wait... and no fine arrives at your home address. Of course they probably hope that by now you've forgot about those Euros. But those are your hard worked money. Don't let these PEOPLE take them away!

Pestering people

Pestering people. I have tried once to get a valuation for my car. I wasn't happy with it and I decided not to go ahead with it. Although I've unsubscribed from their e-mailing list several times, I still get a couple a day asking to sell my car. This is unacceptable and disgusting. What do I have to do not to receive this junk any more. For sure I wont sell my car with these people. EVER!
