Before you are renting from these, please be aware of the following: in the eventuality that you are booking with a deposit (which require a Credit Card with your full name embedded on it :-), these are the charges you are going to face - scratched headlight, fog light, tail light, mirror 400 euros :-); scratched engine hood, bumpers, fenders, doors - 450 euros :-) Bearing in mind that when you pick up the car you don't have the chance to check the damage sheet, they will "miss" one single scratch and BAM! YOU ARE OUT OF POCKET! It's so easy to miss one little scratch. All the positive reviews that you are seeing here are made by people that have paid their "risk 0" insurance which costs hundreds of euros and don't require a deposit, hence the price you see when you book is NOT the real price for a pleasant and worry free experience.

1. General Deposit Option: To secure your rental, you have the choice of blocking a deposit on a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card issued in the main driver's name.
2. "Risk 0" Service: Alternatively, you can opt for our "Risk 0" Service, which completely eliminates the need for a deposit. This service can be conveniently paid for using a debit card. By choosing this option, you are relieved of any responsibility for potential damages to the vehicle during your rental period.
We understand that the process may seem a bit time-consuming, but we believe in providing comprehensive information to our customers to empower them to make informed decisions. We acknowledge that you may have found this explanation lengthy, but we firmly believe that it's crucial for our customers to be well-informed from the outset, avoiding any regrets later on.
While we regret that you were not entirely satisfied with the time spent at our office for these explanations, please rest assured that this procedure is in place to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. In some cases, the deposit option may appear more expensive in the event of damage to the vehicle, making the insurance option a worthwhile consideration.
Regarding the scratches, every client receives a damage report at pick-up, detailing the car's dents and scratches. Upon return, we inspect the vehicle again and provide another damage report. If new dents or scratches are found, the deposit is held, and an invoice is issued within a few business days with the amount. The client is then informed by email with further instructions.
