Travelling from London to York early morning wanted a quick stop for coffee and sandwich not had THs since living in Canada 25years ago. Just of M1 so Ideal. Unfortunately cash not accepted no signage advising potential customers so had to make do with Costa and sandwich from Sainsbury's they still accept legal tender. Poor experience feel sorry for staff

Bought Seasons Equinox carpet from our local supplier and had fitted in Dec 2024 within weeks we noticed fading on the stairs and were we sit this seemed very early to be getting wear on a 10 year warranty carpet. Our supplier came out to inspect in Mar 2025 and spoke with Penthouse who said we should give the carpet time to settle in and continue to regularly vacuum to remove the excess pile. We gave them until June and the supplier returned and agreed the carpet didnt seem right he took some photos and sent these to Penthouse. They arranged for an independent inspector to come, and he took more pictures and said he would submit his report to Penthouse. Surprise surprise no manufacturing faults. Its just poor quality carpet that flattens and causes shading within weeks of fitting. From previous reviews we are resigned to the fact that Penthouse are selling carpet through suppliers under false pretences that will fade within weeks and is not fit for purpose and hide behind the no manufacturing fault excuse to continue to defraud the British public. Have advised the supplier to not stock Penthouse carpet as they will only get more dissatisfied customers and can ill afford the bad feedback in a small town. Only option left for us is recovery from our credit card company

Pre-booked the brewery tour and Alan was very knowledgeable about the company and the brewing process. Ticket price included 2 pints or soft drink opted for a pint of blonde (excellent) and other half had the berry cider again big thumbs up. Pre-booked table for lunch and went for crayfish bagel and ham/cheese caibatta with fries and salad. Great value good service would recommend.

Being new to EON it has taken 25 days to get my account up and running after being told it should be 7-14 days. I switched to take advantage of their low ToU tariff for EV and battery storage. Because of the delays it looks like I will be penalised and pay the standard tariff for those 25 days. I am trying to get the EV tariff back dated and will update my review if it is succesful.

I decided to take out this scheme as my employer would be making contributions. It has been running for a couple of years and I only make the minimum payments from my wage which is very low as work part-time. My latest statement says I have had total contributions of approx £1300 including mine, employers and tax benefits. My pot value is £20 less so after a few years of regular contributions after charges I am worse off. The only consolation for me is I have previous pension plans combined in one place, not nest, which are doing very well and intend to drawdown over the next 20 years. I will not be relying on Nest for my retirement. My Marcus easy access account is paying 1.5% currently and would have been a better investment. This is a Government inspired scheme need I say more. Investors are being scammed, where is the growth to give people a benefit at retirement with inflation running above 10% the value of investment is being destroyed.

I understand investments can rise and fall but your investment strategy seems to only be poor returns. If you could send me some proof of your investments over the last 10 years and growth as a percentage I will review my experience of Nest.

Have a new car arriving soon. Bought this in advance and yet to have installed. Have tested that both front and rear cameras work using the usb power supply connected to my laptop. Install sd card and recorded a short piece video which saved onto card and reviewed on laptop. All working outside of car will update when installed in car

Been nearly three years now and still working fine did buy an expensive sd card with high endurance as the rewrite rate is high but quality of picture is still great. Will be replacing the sd card in a month or so to be on the safe side would hate to need visual proof and the card has failed.

Have been with geoffrey(chaucer) for several years and never had to claim. Having to cancel my policy because they do not insure electric cars I was due 5 months refund. 6 weeks on and it looks like I shall get it next week. I would not recommend this company ever from faulty information to implying we were acting fraudulently I am glad to see the back of them. Do not deserve 1 star
