The one thing that I can congratulate Jet 2 for, is the continued consistency of the staff. Each time we travel and we have used Jet 2 for the past 5 years multiple times a year, the staff are brilliant. The ease of traveling is down to the friendly, professional and excellent staff.

I was slightly disappointed with my online purchase. I ordered online to collect in store. When I visited the store to collect, I was told my coffee was not ready for collection as it was still roasting and would be ready the following evening. This information was not given when I placed my order. When I collected the following evening, the coffee I was given had the roasting date on the bag as being roasted 7 days earlier.
