Appalling customer service and support

This company is set in Italy and if you order from the UK be prepared to all sorts of ongoing problems and delays, poor communication, no updates on your return status and numerous calls and emails you will be writing to get your refund back. My recent return is stuck in the warehouse in a Capri for over 20 days and I can’t get any update from them , just a promise that they escalated a problem and working on it, not sure I will get the money back at all now. The staff on the phone is based either in USA or India( I guess but from other reviews it’s Philippines) and they have no clue what’s going on, just use cliche replies. Badly run customer service, support and the whole experience! Though they position themselves as luxury goods and service company. Laughable ! Had a great experience with Net-a Porter
