Disgusting

I purchased a tool cabinet and it was delivered with defects and problems.

After raising this with the customer services team and waiting WEEKS for responses, they won't offer a collection, they want me to take this large item to a store, however, like most I drive a normal car and don't have access to a van.

It was an online purchase that forced me to pay for a 2-man delivery option, yet they assume I can get it in a car on my own.

Nothing was offered in terms of support. Absolutely shocking!

Expected better.

I am leaving some feedback regarding a shirt i purchased.

I am currently wearing this shirt for the second time, which has led to me writing this. The material feels cheap, and creases terribly even when worn.

I usually embroider my shirts from CT and was excited for this to be delivered as as the decorative embroidery on the cuff looked very nice. I do like the imagination to put the 110 on the cuff but this shirt overall is hugely disappointing, I would of expected better quality from a supermarket or Primark shirt.

Oh dear.

Very dissapointing service (See update)

UPDATE - I called CT a day after for a final conversation as the manager didn't ring me. I explained the situation to the advisor on the line (I think his name was Tom (Apologies if its wrong)) and he was GREAT. empathetic and resolved the situation.

A massive thank you.

Original - Wuk11490804 - Again I have several CT items like many before, the quality is nice and the cost is appropriate. I ordered 2 new shirts and the website allowed me to process and select a double cuff (Which I would only ever order if embroidered). It's not difficult to visually see an out-of-stock item as you physically cannot select it.

Delivery comes and one shirt as usual is great the other is a single cuff which I did not and wouldn't have selected. Live chat with Mohammed was pointless, questions were not answered at a standard that was reasonable.

I called this morning to get the same attitude. That being CT could never be wrong, it must be impossible and my fault.

I know clear as day what the website let me select otherwise I wouldn't of ordered the above.

Chargeback filed which I stated I would of much preferred to come to an agreement with CT, however more time needs to be wasted.

I'm awaiting a manager's phone call and look forward to seeing if the same attitude continues.

I am very frustrated a brand that can provide garments I like and would of continued to buy moving forward have treated me in a manner that I may now need to look elsewhere.

I am sorry for the disappointment caused with your order and the subsequent service received. Having reviewed your order, I can see that one shirt was ordered with a Single Cuff, as shown on your order confirmation email with the product code ending in S for Single Cuff, as opposed to the Double Cuff which ends with the letter D.

I appreciate you feel that we have made a mistake, but it serves us no interest to change your order, as it only leads to such disappointments.

As such, the mistake is yours and, as the shirt has been monogrammed, it is not one that can be exchanged or replaced.

I am sorry for the disappointment caused.

Great company, Great service.

Got to know Hot golf after a fitting for ping irons. Great service then and recently I noticed one club had a slight issue. It has been agreed I can send my set back for a repair of the 5 iron and a check of all my other clubs to ensure they are up to scratch.

As I needed a box to ship them back in I purchased a ping driver and WOW. service fast and driver FORGIVING. it makes me look good at golf.

Hot Golf will always be a point of call for anything Golf.

Claim went smoothly

Claim went smoothly.

Unfortunately I had to make a claim due to item being stolen. However the service offered from Davies the claim company was great. Timely with great and supportive advisors. Christina was one who was brilliant with others that assisted me also providing a great service. (Unfortunately I don’t recall some names).

I am just waiting on the settlement but it has gone smoothly.

Slow

Ordered magnesium tablets, on the 04/10 today is currently the 14th and I have not had any emails to state it’s been shipped as of yet and will continue to wait as nothings been delivered.

Recent contact advised me that early this week passed they should have been sent but still nothing.

Fairly frustrating, I get mistakes happen but of course service is very important and I just haven’t received it.

I may be 1 in many who may experience an issue but it hasn’t been great.

I couldn’t recommend this shop more, great item, great deal, quick delivery and even gave me a small free gift as I’m new to golf. I purchased a taylor made stand bag and i am overall, really happy with my experience with the store.

Affordable golf good, product i purchased not so good.

Affordable Golf have a easy website to use and i got the items to me very easily. I am just unhappy with the quality of the item ipurchased, im pretty unhappy i used the offer 4 for the price of 3.

Under armour UA Medal golf glove feels terribly cheap, fits weard compared to the £7 callaway gloves i have previously got off amazon.

I brought the creatine which I've had before and is great however i thought i should get some chocolate peanut butter (Sounds lovely, I know).

The weirdest texture, oily paste I've ever tried. It was horrendous.

Great purchase

Great purchase, item got the delivered okay.

My only negative feedback would be too double box shoes, I personally keep all the boxes as storage and I’ve experienced damaged items from similar situations.

I’ve ordered twice in the past couple…

I’ve ordered twice in the past couple weeks and both orders were fairly exclusive trainers. Service itself has been good however my most recent order was delivered in a bag and not a box. I’m very fortunate although Slightly frustrated of a small damage to my shoe box. However it could have been a lot worse.

I’m very on the edge to give a 4 or even 5 but it was a little annoying.

Giffgaff have been a fantastic provider over the past couple of years. I have just chose to leave them to get a sim only deal on a contract in the hopes it will improve my personal credit rating.
