Disgusting
I purchased a tool cabinet and it was delivered with defects and problems.
After raising this with the customer services team and waiting WEEKS for responses, they won't offer a collection, they want me to take this large item to a store, however, like most I drive a normal car and don't have access to a van.
It was an online purchase that forced me to pay for a 2-man delivery option, yet they assume I can get it in a car on my own.
Nothing was offered in terms of support. Absolutely shocking!
