Slow

Ordered magnesium tablets, on the 04/10 today is currently the 14th and I have not had any emails to state it’s been shipped as of yet and will continue to wait as nothings been delivered.

Recent contact advised me that early this week passed they should have been sent but still nothing.

Fairly frustrating, I get mistakes happen but of course service is very important and I just haven’t received it.

I may be 1 in many who may experience an issue but it hasn’t been great.

I am sorry to hear about this bad experience. You're absolutely right that something went wrong on our side - our inventory was wrong on this item. We thought we had resolved it but we only discovered on Thursday that the item was out of stock with the manufacturer too.

We refunded your money in full and will be using this as a learning experience to try and improve our operations.
