I received the pack very quickly but I…

I received the pack very quickly but I am still waiting for a reply to my query. As there was an interruption during the buying process I had to retry ( your instructions) this resulted in me having two packs in my bank pending account, after contacting my bank as I couldn’t not get through to your company I was asked to contact you for confirmation that I had only bought one so that money waiting in pending could be returned to my account. I am still waiting for that confirmation. Very poor communication

The price and cover for my dog is ideal…

The price and cover for my dog is ideal considering my previous insurer quoted me a 50% increase on last years premium. It has to be seen how good this policy is if we are unfortunate to have to make a claim.

After reservations about investing in an unknown area,Aaron of the London Cask Co. explained every aspect and procedure involved in the investment. We have been kept up to date with proceedings and supplied with certificate of our investment. The whole experience has been easy to understand and straight forward. We would highly recommend this company.

Appears good value for extensive cover so far

Seems extremely good cover for the needs of a new puppy and good value for money. The site was easy to use and straight forward but as with all Insurance’s it is not until a claim is made does the true value and suitability of any insurance really assessed. Hopefully I won’t need to claim but if I do I hope they are as good as they advertise.

Customer Service at its best

Exceptional service from Emma at the customer service dept. Having waited for 25 minutes in a telephone queue, on speaking to Emma the service could not have been better. She introduced herself and was very polite, helpful and spoke extremely clearly. She clarified my query and answered it immediately and resolved my inquiry both professionally and quickly. What an asset to a customer service dept.

Excellent service from start to completion

Excellent service. Engineer arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and rectified the issue without fuss or mess. The engineer was polite and explained everything that was being done and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. First class service that we would highly recommend.

Great product and great price

6 double glazed units ordered at fantastic price and paid extra delivery charge for slightly quicker than standard delivery time scale. Units arrived in good time but as I was never given an exact date of delivery it came as a surprise to find delivery van outside. The units were delivered bare with no protective packaging and have had to be stored in my garage as I now need to arrange a time for fitting. Overall great quality at a great price but notification of delivery would have earned 5 stars. Thanks

First class service

From initial phone call to completion the service was first class. The telephone operator was polite and asked appropriate question in order to request the relevant repair engineer. The appointment was made at a convenient time and day to suit us. On the day of the engineers visit, we were contacted by phone to confirm an exact time of arrival. After a brief conversation the engineer secured the working area and got to work. Within a short period of time everything was sorted and our property left clean and tidy. Highly recommend and feel assured if their services are required in the future.

Great Choices and Prices on Quality Beds/Mattresses

Easy to use web site and good selection of products of all prices and qualities. Ordered a double mattress with memory foam topping which is extremely comfortable and was a bargain price compared to other bed/mattress sales.Choice of payment methods including cash on delivery.
Delivery was arranged and made at our convenience and we received a phone call when the driver was 15 minutes away. Mattress was delivered to the doorstep rolled up which made it an easy job to carry it upstairs and unwrap. Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends

Redirect from Customer Service to Technical Asssitance

Having purchased at Foxfreesat recorder a few years ago we have had no problems at all despite moving the unit from house to caravan and back on many occasions. Unfortunately an automatic update has removed the ability to rewind radio from live broadcast. Not a big issue, but when using the customer service site to query this update we were redirected to a 'Technical Assistance' site that required £30 up front and credit card details. There was a note stating that the money would be refunded if we were not entirely happy. We have no idea who was going to get our money or bank card details so did not go ahead and felt that paying £30 for information regarding the product is not good customer service. We will not be using it again.
