Odd buying experience, poor after sales and customer service
Slight delay in writing this review having bought my car in Nov 23, however I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Buying experience was what I can only describe as odd and uncomfortable, not pushy but very awkward. What is normally a simple process elsewhere, it was an effort to test drive the car and it couldn’t happen until figures were discussed (despite paying cash). They wouldn’t budge on the price, which is fine, but they did lower it if I bought a warranty. Fortunately I did because I’ve had to spend £1500 on repairs in three months, with the warranty covering only 75% of that. They will not accept me returning the vehicle so now my concern is how many more faults will it have.
The salesman (Ben) did not have a clue, was unable to confirm whether the car had any service history and it was actually quite embarrassing at the lack of knowledge of the car. It turned out it had part service history (I established this myself) but they had absolutely no idea that was the case - really poor!
In summary, my buying experience was very odd and unlike anything I’ve come across before. I should have walked away immediately, the customer service is not good and I will personally not be going back to this company ever again. In my opinion, mark and avoid this company.

Just come across your obnoxious response to my review. More than happy to reveal my details, although at this day and age I preferred to stay private. If you want my details I am content to show them as to remove your assumption that this was a false review. Just of note, the car has remained faulty ever since purchase two years ago, clutch went again after being repaired, but it is what it is.
