Slordig en onprofessioneel werk

De monteur belde niet voordat hij arriveerde, hoewel ik 's ochtends had gecontroleerd of ze het juiste nummer hadden.

Hij vroeg me om de glasvezelkabel in de muur te duwen terwijl hij aan de andere kant trok, maar hij was net zo snel uitgeput als ik, en ik ben een 65-jarige man met COPD stadium 2. Hij leek jonger.

Hij probeerde vervolgens zijn geluk met de opening, maar slaagde er slechts in de oude kabel eruit te trekken.

Hij verklaarde toen dat de modem online was en dat ik niet kreeg waarvoor ik me had aangemeld voor glasvezelkabel.

Hij vertelde me dat ik de kabel zelf kon weggooien en nam niet de moeite om de verplaatste voorwerpen terug op hun oorspronkelijke plaats te leggen, noch ruimde hij de rommel op die hij had achtergelaten.

Professionele trots op je werk is iets heel anders!

Wat een fantastische dealer

Wat een fantastische dealer! Een paar maanden geleden had mijn Renault Clio een nieuwe koppeling nodig. Ik ging naar Renault Velserbeek en kreeg twee dagen later een afspraak met een prijsopgave. Nadat ik mijn auto had ingeleverd, werd ik op de hoogte gehouden van de voortgang en de kosten. De auto was een halve dag eerder gerepareerd en kostte € 500 minder dan begroot. Twee dagen geleden moest het lampje van de linker koplamp vervangen worden, en ze hebben het dezelfde dag nog gemonteerd. Een kop koffie later was mijn auto met een glimlach gerepareerd. Ik blijf trouw aan mijn favoriete merk en mijn favoriete dealer: Renault Velserbeek.

What the ...... ?!

I went through an emotional crisis and wanted to talk to someone. It was a Friday afternoon in Europe and I subscribed to be allocated a therapist in due course. In the meantime I wanted to chat to a listener. The first one told me that he did not deal with my issues and that after we had talked for a while and the second said: Something went wrong I am going to have a nap..... draw your own conclusions

What a wonderful clinic

What a wonderful clinic. The staff make the difference professional, courteous and re-assuring from receptionist, to doctors via the nurses. I loved the way the nurse took care of an elderly lady and led he to the treatment room. So caring and respectful. Top marks.

Lack of transperency

i booked two trips today with Uber as I was going to get a medical treatment which did not allow to drive afterwards. When checking the fees the outbound journey was advertised at €63.64 but I was charged €88.62..... base fare 3.90 Distance 73.12 and Time 11.60...... I have no idea why and cannot find contact details to discuss this with Uber....... I see no reason to use them again and want to cancel my Uber membership..... not a clue how to do this.

Engie is een nachtmerrie

Engie is een nachtmerrie! Ik tekende een contract en een paar uur later kreeg ik te horen dat ik mijn contract had opgezegd... Dat had ik niet gedaan, maar ik besloot dat ik geen zaken meer met ze wilde doen. Het kostte me meerdere pogingen om te annuleren (allemaal op één dag) en uiteindelijk lukte het... alleen om overspoeld te worden met een heleboel e-mails en sms'jes...

I have never experienced such BS from a company. I requested cancellation of my account on July 20th 2024 and since have received at least 8 emails telling me that i have entered the cancellation period. On September Kevin from the Escalation team wrote and I quote:"To proceed with the refund, as we're making an exception to our standard policy, we kindly ask for your support by sharing your feedback on our Trustpilot page. Please ensure your rating falls within the range of 4 to 5 stars. You can always mention my name and rate my services.

Important: In your review, we kindly ask that you avoid using terms like "refund" or "membership cancellation," as these can be confusing for other customers.
Instead, we would greatly appreciate it if you could write one of the following phrases: "good service," "good company," "thank you," "good experience," "good customer support," etc.
Simply ridiculous!!

I seem to joining a long queue of…

I seem to joining a long queue of disgruntled former passengers. In January 2020 I booked a business class ticket to fly Tel Aviv to Madrid in March of the same year and paid 574,46 €. The flight got cancelled due to corona. I applied for a refund and was given a voucher. I wanted to get the voucher refunded and was told I had to wait till the expiration date of the voucher i.e 10 March 2021. Numerous phone calls and emails later I have had nothing back. I was told by a constantly interrupting woman that the refund takes several months. I am sure she meant years. Air Europa must be one of the most despised companies and I can understand why some people - on tripadvisor - want the company to go bust. I would not be surprised if they did or when they do.

I have rarely seen anything this user unfriendly. I have been trying to chick the balance on my account to no avail. The question bank is useless and when all I get back from the customer service is that they are very busy and the wait is 20 minutes.... I am not surprised that they are very busy.....
