As a landlord I pay for them to manage the letting of my apartments and don’t expect to have to follow up with them and check spurious costs. There will need to be a significant improvement in their performance. Total lack of management over site of staff who do not appear up to the task.

I ordered a Logitech WebCam that was supposed to be delivered the next day - their paperwork to issued after order placed confirmed next day delivery. The next day came, but the WebCam did not. When I phoned, I was told they were not sure if my order would be covered by the delivery that they were expecting that day, and that if it wasn't, I would have to wait 8 weeks for the device. Needless to say I cancelled my order and await a credit for the money charged to my card. A very poor customer experience and I shall not be using them again.

I ordered a webcam from AV PartsMaster because Scan.co.uk had let me down and promised next day delivery and not delivered. AV PartsMaster promised next day delivery, and delivered, and were cheaper. Their phone Sales Rep, Paul Jennings, was exceptionally helpful, and agreed to take it back if it did not work with my PC. I will defintiely make AV PartsMAster my go to onli site for electrical purchases Great stock levels, service and prices.

Generally very pleased with the service provided. They have kept our apartment let out for all but a couple of weeks since we bought it. Adam Roscoe, the agent dealing with our flat, is very personable and efficient in dealing with our queries and any issues needing repair.

The boiler itself appears to work well. Constant temperature throughout the house and no doubt cheaper to run than its old predecessor. The experience is only as good as the installer, and some improvement was possible in this regard. Completed installations should be inspected by an independent inspector (at least not the fitter himself) as this would improve the quality of the installation work - even by approved Worcester Bosch contractors.

Excellent over the phone ordering service. Delivered next day as expected. The refilled own label cartridges worked first time without any problems on my HP printer. Will definitely use again

Easy to get pricing, much cheaper than last time we bought from dealership on a new car - and the last time the car was a lot cheaper than this one - so clearly competitive. Let's hope we never need to find out if the claims procedure is as good as the application efficiency.
