Got my parcel

Got my parcel, but took longer than I thought. I will use instapig again though as they do sell things you cannot always get in the supermarkets.

Curry's at Romford

Excellent service and the staff were fabulous. Only thing wrong with curry's is the customer service dept. No way helpful as I couldn't get passed the automated service, kept taking me back and fourth to the video chat which needs a lot of work. I'm sad to say it was rubbish.

I have purchased an item through this…

I have purchased an item through this website, the first purchase said card declined. I purchased again after I received txt from bank and now they have charged me for two identical items when I only wanted one. Try to get in touch and is impossible to resolve. Will not be recommending this site to friends and family.

This company is a shambles

This company is a shambles. I was not informed of the changeover and they only done my gas when i wanted dual .

I would not have known of the change if it wasn't for my gas card that stoped working, contacting them was easy but getting help was disgusting. I have a 9 month old baby i had no gas and i was told go and get any card from any pay point shop they gave me emercency gas and said i will receive a card in three days, unless i pay them £5 tawords cost of card to have it sent next day said yes didn't turn up told them and i was told there was a mix up and i will get a card in three days if i run out of gas i was to contact them again . Rubbish company.
