Been with them for over 20 years would definitely recommend them

Ordered a hedge trimmer short story the charger blew up within minutes Now trying to return the faulty machine 2 weeks later still refusing to send a return form all I get is “We send a new machine is that ok “
Replied to over 12 emails Do not want a replacement New antic after my credit card blocked the payment
You remove the block on the bank and when you send proof of this we will give you 30% and you can keep the machine (Faulty one) Now have reported them to trading standards
Keep well clear they have no phone contact number and no return address that I can find

My husband is 96 and can’t get out to pickup his meds so he has to rely on me We live about 3 miles from the Town and sometimes I go down only to find there not ready so have to make another trip leaving it very close to running out as we can only get a month supply at one time
So having them delivered is one less thing to worry about as he has dementia and needs constant care
They also send regular reminders which is a huge benefit as it’s so easy to order the medication Don’t know why I hadn’t done it years ago

I was heart broken when my 13 year chocolate Labrador Chilli passed on Christmas day last year But was over the moon when my daughter bought me a garden ornament of a Labrador and a heart to remember her
It sits in my garden a reminder of a much loved family member
I was so impressed that I have bought a friend a spaniel garden ornament for the same reason

My son who is very fussy wanted a real wood bed frame eventually settled on a super king size oak one from Funky chunky
Said would be delivered within five weeks and the driver bless him arrived about 5pm in the fog

I ordered a range-master cooker hood and splash back on line Was kept updated on its delivery date and time Delivered on time even though we live on a hill and it had been snowing and the drive was very slippery

Unfortunately the splash back was out of stock so was meant to be delivered a week after but never arrived When I rang had an immediate response no waiting with boring music, a lovely lady called Sophie was so apologetic and extremely helpful in sorting it out
Rang and emailed me to let me know it had been dispatched that day
So very impressed with the cooker and the service.

Always enjoy visiting this pet shop the staff are so friendly and always seem actually happy to be there so refreshing Also have lots of genuine offers available especially like the choice of donating food for homeless animals

Knew what I wanted after going on line but needed to try out the sofa bed to insure it was comfortable So asked Ross one of the salesman to show me a similar sofa bed as the one I had seen wasn’t on show
After trying it out decided to purchase that one as liked the colour and was assured would be delivered before Christmas Hopefully they will fulfil their promise

Always use pet drugs on line because it’s so much more competitive then the vets I go to I don’t seen why I should pay over the odds when I can get it cheaper and the same product ! it’s a no brainer
