ordered x5 lights beginning of jan 2021
6 weeks later to be told x3 now not available.
Received x2 lights eventually poorly packaged no fragile stickers x1 light smashed.
Return broken light still waiting for replacement 2 months later from order date.
Stupidly! Further order of x2 lights both delivered x1 sent out broken
X1 sent out faulty
The quality is questionable as well out of square and flimsy
The ad stated 2500 lm , packaging states 1.300 lm so wrongly advertised
Still awaiting a response on a refund.
Order by all means but don’t expect any decent customer service or lights in one piece or working.
The phone number most of the time is dead and doesn’t ring , sometimes it rings with a uk tone and sometimes with a tone of a number outside of the uk.
I honestly couldn’t write one good thing about this retailer.

Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company , tracking says out for delivery in transit ETA by the end of the day no package arrived just gone back to depot.
No update on the package tracking information so don’t know when it’s arriving even though its now 3 days over due.
Impossible to get ups to answer in customer help line.
NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER ANYTHING IF ITS GOING TO ARRIVE BY UPS DISGUSTING SERVICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED RUNNING A COMPANY LIKE THIS.

Disgrace of a company
Booked my flights paid and confirmed they then cancelled two flights the following day advised tech error.
Asked them to put me back on my booking they refused and said book again with approx 45% price increase.
Never in 30yrs of flying have i had this level of disgusting service they are a joke.

Disgracefull service
Booked flights wed 8th day paid and confirmed email. Thurs early hours they cancelled my two flights said they had tech error!! Refused to give me my booking back at the original price and told me to book new flights at approx 45% INCREASE COST!! This is an absloute disgrace and terrible way to treat customers.take it or leave it was the attitude by this company.
