Amazing site fast pay outs and excellent communication!

Amazing company, these guys do so much for charity and their local community as well as supporting small businesses. I've been lucky enough to of won with them , and the payouts are almost instant . They run free giveaways , have a wonderful community group on Facebook and are just all round lovely guys !

Not very transparent on prizes . Very misleading.

One pair of glasses was fine , the other pair however had once lense my prescription and one lense who even knows who it belonged to but they're pretty darn blind so I feel bad for them lol. Messaged via facebook to be told I have to return them first and then wait for them to decide if they messed up or not ?! Like what on earth !!!! I paid £19 for delivery to get them in time and now they expect me to return and wait ages for them to fix the issue . I won't use again.

I'm so upset . Ordered 7th Dec on next day delivery, £286 order . Hasn't tracked since 8th Dec. Was promised that if no order by 20th Dec a refund would be issued to now be told today that I have to allow them more time to look into it . This is absolutely diabolical. These are Xmas gifts , ordered on good faith in plenty of time . I will NEVER use you again instore or online and I suggest others avoid also . Worst possible experience, no one to call to complain to , live chat gets ignored, emails get ignored and Facebook chat takes days and days to reply. Lots of others are in same position as myself , they seem unable to fulfil orders , but perfectly capable of taking your money . Crooks .

Parcel full of Xmas gifts missing, no updates in over a week and not able to speak to a person to sort. Won't ever use on purpose again .
