Only gave it 1 because it wouldn’t let…

Only gave it 1 because it wouldn’t let me put zero! Paid $129 ( £94 ) and after many emails due to non delivery, and after 5 weeks I finally received the dress I ordered .OMG , absolutely nothing like
What was advertised, cheap and ugly , I will post the photos , iv been on for 6 weeks trying to get a refund they keep offering me 20% of the money paid and 30 % now 5 weeks , still in dispute .
The quality is nothing like the material advertised .
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs ! 😡😡
DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE POSTS , THEY ARE FALSE !!!!!!

Didn’t even want to put 1

Didn’t even want to put 1 ! Absolutely shocking Customer Service, 27 minutes this morning , waste of time , and another 37 minutes this afternoon, another waste of time , I have used them for years , never had an issue, till now , person I spoke to , on both calls did not understand what I wanted , came back and said “ I’m afraid we can’t change the date of your reservation “ !!! What ! That wasn’t even what I asked , that’s the finish , been in Customer Service for years and would be totally furious if I thought I was giving the kind of service I received today ! Won’t be using again , asked to speak to a manager , left on hold for 25 minutes , still didn’t get resolved !

Disgusted at the customer service

Disgusted at the customer service , I bought a top online , shop wouldn’t deal with it , phoned the C/S to be told I had to take photographs of the blouse Send it to them , and they would make a decision !!!! Never heard the likes , there is a clear fault as both sides of the blouse are frayed , plus I bought the bigger size because I like my tops loose !

Dont even want to give it a one star

Dont even want to give it a one star , absolutely furious , bought a harness 3 month ago for my puppy , she was out on a walk and the harness snapped ! Thank god we weren’t near a road , emailed twice , guess what , no response , shocking company , poor standard of work , and as for the costumer service ...!!! If anything had happened to my pup I would of sued !!!!

ordered items 7/2 with a delivery date…

ordered items 7/2 with a delivery date showing of 17/2 , still waiting for items, can not take my new puppy for a walk due to this, and when you email to enquire where the items are, same old, " they will be with you in a few days " it is now nearly 2 weeks since the order was placed, wonder if they are coming from Outer Mongolia ???? If you want something delivered in time, like other companies do, do not use these, they have £40 of my money but i still have no goods !!!!!

Wastebof space and extortionate rates to boot !!!

They leave a message, that cant be responded to , so you have to ring, obviously so greedy they only have 1 member of staff on !!!! Been on hold for 25 flaming minutes....they want a payment they will have to do one !!!!
