FedEx misdelivery reporting is impossible

FedEx claim to have delivered and have a proof of delivery which doesn't have a name anyone in the house knows. So they delivered to the wrong place. You can't reach Customer Services if you don't have an account, you can't fill in an online contact form unless you give them information only the sender would have (AND they require bank details and an IMEI number on the contact form... for coffee???). Bad delivery, bad website experience, bad telephone experience, absolutely no way to find where they chose to deliver it. Will avoid anyone who ships by FedEx, it's more FedUp with them.

Interesting mathematics..

Interesting mathematics... 93% 1* and 7% 2* yet the average is 1.9*. Come on, this is donkey level stupid mathematics, anyone with very basic maths can see the average isn't 1.9.

Anyone with very basic physics can see the waterblitz can't do what it says. You can't make pressure out of nothing. This is just a hose nozzle at an inflated price, you can buy something just as effective from any garden centre or DIY shed for far less.

Dreadful airport

Flew out and back over half term and BHX was generally awful.

1. Assisted travel outward abandoned us at the top of the lifts down to the gate saying assistance would pick us up at the bottom of the lift. No, gate floor absolute carnage as BHX didn't have enough bus drivers to transfer from gate to plane.

2. Assisted travel return, operator was rude telling me off for not walking in front of a passenger in a wheelchair going the same way. Pretty much abandoned us before passport control, had to push wife the rest of the way

3. Lack of bus drivers on outbound and inbound flights. Outbound delayed 30 minutes due to getting passengers from terminal to plane. Inbound flights subject to operational delays because it had left Birmingham late. On arrival it took 2 hours before busses were available to take passengers to terminal. 2 drivers for the whole airport that night? Pilot said over a thousand passengers were ahead of us in the queue for drivers.

4. The building is a mess of scaffolding and screening, no space, not easy to find way around

5. Valet parking operates out of too small an area so it's chaos. Also no decent route from valet parking to terminal.

Won't choose to use BHX again, worst airport we've used in years.

website has a fundamental issue..

website has a fundamental issue... on putting in car details. WHY are you only allowed to choose from 'servicing' or a small number of parts replacement jobs? What happens if the work is something else like 'replace a lambda sensor' or 'repair oil leak in CV joint'?

Badly thought through functionality.

Also no contact details on the website, doesn't it have any human support?

Collection arranged by Wren Kitchens

Collection arranged by Wren Kitchens. Clearabee failed to make agreed collection date due to 'operational issues' and rearranged to following day. Today they told us collection completed though ALL the material is still here and no one was seen by the doorbell camera on the drive. No response via Clearabee chat and just left on hold by automated call service when phoning. Useless service, will be going back to Wren for complaint and refund.”

Avoid like the plague!

Before PCS Legal do their usual response of 'we do not recognise this client', PCS Legal were acting for our purchaser in a recent house move. PCS Legal's professionalism in this sale was totally absent. They failed repeatedly to have documents in a timely manner, they 'lost' at least two contracts our purchaser sent in, they put the wrong name in the mortgage application and they were unresponsive to our lawyer and gave inconsistent responses to different lawyers and agents in the chain. The utter incompetence of the team at PCS Legal in this chain cost all other households involved in the conveyancing chain many thousands (maybe many tens of thousands) in legal fees, extra moving fees, storage fees and 'failure to complete on contract date' fees as well as untold mental stress for all parties in the chain due to PCS Legal's lack of professionalism.

Avoid this company if you want other people in the chain not to detest you for the relative pittance saved in using PCS Legal. Avoid this company if you don't want to be faced with subsequent legal action for recovery of costs caused by PCS Legal's inability to deliver an efficient service.

And they are now failing to respond to demands from our lawyer for payment of costs from our vendor that PCS Legal incompetence resulted in.

I would give them zero if that were an allowed rating.

Review of HI Tec

Initially very comfortable but not well made

Third pair of Hi-Tec Quadra I've had... first pair the glue bonding the soles to the shoes failed. Second pair after about six months the insides of the soles just fell apart, it was like walking on a bare foot shoe with random rubble in. Third pair it looks like one of the side panel stiffeners has either broken or was mis-cut and the leather has worn a hole. Maybe I am a sucker for buying two more after the soles fell off, trouble is when they are new they are so so comfortable. But they don't last, from three different failure modes, so it's not something I do to them, it's inconsistent bad build quality.

Currys Gloucester

Currys Gloucester, five members at least of staff wandering round doing nothing useful, one member of staff working the returns and service desk. Over half an hour standing round waiting while he dealt with two people in the queue and the rest of the staff drifted and chatted with each other. Typifies why I don't like dealing with Currys in store.

All worked great, the only downer was that having posted the job a week or so before we needed transport to tie in with a house move we were not able to respond and had to re advertise.

Candy Rapido dishwasher not good.

Candy Rapido dishwasher, the worst dishwasher I've had the misfortune to own.

1) upper basket has no supports for most contents so the glassware slops about all over the place

2) to compound #1 the upper basket jerks when it disconnects the water feed and really chucks stuff around. Broken glassware is a high probability.

3) lower basket tips up when you have just 4 plates in the back of it and not much else.

4) lower basket doesn't pull far enough forward

5) lower basket derails itself all the time

6) detergent pocket is too small for soft pods of detergent and other stuff and is badly angled for access

7) how on earth this can claim to be 13 place setting? It might take 13 plates but it won't take 13 plates, bowls and so on. The layout of the lower basket is not good

8) why can I set rinse aid to zero from the buttons but have to use an app to set salt to zero when using 3 in one pods? Come on, use one interface and don't make it necessary to use an app.

9) not had it long enough to know about reliability but it's rear foot was delivered unadjustable and it feels flimsy.

Really wouldn't recommend this. It was cheap and it's obvious money was saved on design and construction.

Slapdash planning and packing.

Out of 2 boxes... 8 meals...

Three meals missing ingredients, one missing two ingredients, two missing ingredients pretty critical (pasta and half the rolls).

Stupidly some of the meals include mayo and/or honey and some need mayo or honey as a store cupboard ingredients.

They appear to be slapdash at both thinking consistently and packing correctly.

And the amount of non recyclable plastic waste is a disgrace.

Won't be continuing, however nice the properly supplied recipes are.

While packaging errors are statistically rare for us, we try hard every day to find new improvements to implement, such as introducing a new box design to help streamline the packaging process.

As for the plastic packaging of some products, unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary to keep the food fresh - if not kept in a plastic bag/packaging, it would need to be kept in ice to be kept fresh, and we can't place ice into the box without a bag to prevent the ice from leaking. Of course, this is also not too clever of a solution for leafy products, either.

We pack our ingredients for freshness and safety but are on a continuous journey to reduce our packaging's environmental footprint and increase its sustainability via reduction and recycling.

Shabby auto subscription practice

Yet another victim of this company's dishonest practice. 'we notified you during the phone call that this was a subscription service' which was not true as our interaction was by app only. If we'd not been forced to use this company by the estate agents as proof of legal existence we'd not have had to deal with them. Dishonest practice from a shabby company.

Can't even activate the email address!

After multiple attempts to 'send the verification email', nothing received. Emailed support off their website, no response. Emailed support directly from a different email account, get an instant reply that they won't deal with a different email account than the card was registered against. Emailed directly from the original email account again, no response.

Their service so-far has been laughably bad. It's only cost me 99p to discover that there is no way that Pockit can hope to remain the most popular prepaid card provider.

Giving up on them, customer service p**s poor, I'm not going to chase them, I'll write 99p off as not worth my time chasing them.

Zero stars if the website allowed me to choose that.

I don;t have a customer reference number because they are incapable of allowing me to activate my account.
