Brilliant engineer and a very efficient boiler

Brilliant engineer and a competitive price. There was some confusion between the communication from I heat and the engineer so he had to go out and get more parts which meant I had to pay a little more but iheat compromised on the cost as I queried this and provided a significant discount on the extra parts.

Disheartening experience

Self advertised as the UKs leading online course provider yet you can’t speak to your tutor. They infrequently reply to your messages and unfortunately I’ve watched my wife have a complete break down because learn direct appear to have no compassion to try and support their students.
The course material is good but the archaic software you have to use and the lack of communication let Learndirect down. I’d urge the senior team to take a deep dive into the standard of the tutors and consider a website reform - maybe then learn direct can be considered as the UKs number 1.
Note: I have since upgraded this review to 2 stars - since publishing the review learn direct have been in touch. Progress.

Delivery was late

Delivery was late; tracking didn’t work and it was delivered to the wrong address! Oh and the box had clearly been thrown around as it was damaged. The Range need to reconsider using DHL as a partner delivery company. Very disappointing. Plus side; the mower works and the Grass is cut!

Arnold Clark continue to impress me

Arnold Clark continue to impress me. Great service, (Jordan at Chesterfield was brilliant) and a fantastic selection of cars. Thoughtful layout; play areas for the children. Coffee on demand. I will continue to buy my cars at Arnold Clark. I see no better alternative.

Good product great price but inconsiderate service

The product arrived when it was supposed to but the pallet of 40 cement slabs was left halfway across the public footpath causing problems with users of the footpath and preventing any car using the drive. My wife was forced to strap our toddler to her back and walk each individual slab up the driveway in the rain. Which took 2 hours and a severe amount of pain. I had specified where I'd like the slabs given that I was away on business and didn't want to trouble my wife. Disappointing.
